Nafa.in — payment issue also no reply from company

I sell the gift card of "myntra" and "dominos's pizza" on nafa. It has been sold out after 24 hours it shown my money. I clicked for transferred my money on the bank has shown the message shown your withdrawal accept received the money is credited between three business day but it is over almost 11 days passed we did not get received my money. It was an amount of rs 428/- and 238/-. The request order no is 88376 and 88670 i requested on 8th april, 2019 but i did not receive money till today 19th april, 2019. I also send them a mail at "[protected]@nafa.in" but no reply from them, please help me to resolve this issue at the earliest. Thank you
