Nagar Nigam Indore — should have dustin in area

I am a outsider, i am a girl and i have never suffer this thing before like i am having difficulties to manage in new city because of no dustin. So i have a complaint with nagar nigam that they have created so many songs to make indore no. 1 but by singing a song or just sending a van to each street, indore or any other city cannot becoming a clean city. Each and every area should have dustin in their line so that people wont wait for the van to come and collect the garbage. It will more helpful to clean every area. Most of the time people throw garbage in road or beside their building because of no dustin which polluted the environment and i have noticed the dustin's are available only beside of the big building or on road street not in the place where most of the people living in their house. Also the van come only once which has no timmings. Please do the needful as it is a basic and obvious method to make city clean.
