Nagar Nigam Kota — drainage system

i am waseem from ward 33 surya nagar gramin police line borkheda kota.drainage system of this area are awefull all drains are full of dirty water and blocked by some people.there is no exit.parshad never visit this area.i have complained many time but there is no responce..plz do something or call on [protected] to know more. Thank you.
