Nagar Nigam Kota — Not taking garbage from door to door properly

Dear Sir,
I am from Poonam colony near railway station. Here garbage collector workers not doing work properly. I mean they don't have any schedule for taking garbage. Sometimes they goes back to end of the street then turned their vehicle and come to door. Sometimes they just go or not return earlier as their time. They just make horn and even not to stop for a few seconds to come and put garbage into garbage collector vehicle. Sometimes they come regularly and sometimes they don't come even after 2-3 days. Due to this reason we are compelled to throw garbage here and there.
I request you to that kindly manage the work and work schedule, so that we both can do our properly without any issue. And help making place cleaner and healthier.
