there is illegal construction of more than 60% on public utility land in krishnaraj nagari near parmatma ek asram in kh. no. 146/2 in Bhilagaon, taluka kamptee, nagpur. there was already construction of about 40% of public utility land on ground floor as conference hall. on the roof of this conference hall another building of area of about 40% of p u land is being made. thus total of 80 % of public utility land is being occupied.
