Dear Sir,
On 24/01/2020 I received my order but it is not the same colour that I ordered (Pure silk Redwood Saree with brown plain blouse) we received green colour Saree and moreover there is no blouse pcs in this order.
I have been writing a mail to - raj.[protected]@gmail.com. there has been no response from there end.
I have already paid Rs 849/- as COD to Ekart.
Now that i am trying to return the product the website is blocked, it is saying "the shop is unavailable". I want a refund of my money.
