Dear Sir,
I had placed an order with Namaste Medico on August 6, 2022 (Order #96026 ) and had paid Rs 975/- via paytm.
On August 9, 2022, I received an email from them saying my order was cancelled from their side.
When I called the customer care ([protected]), I was told the product was unavailable and the paid amount will be refunded to me in 3 days.
However amount is not returned so far and customer care is not responding to call or email sent to [protected]@namastemedico.com.
This seems to be a fraud company doing online scam.
