I bought a phone online to give as a gift to my father with tracking number ru[protected]ch on april 22, the parcel reached india and from new delhi it is supposed to come to chennai before coming to my town madanapalle. The tracking number is not updated since 3/05/2017 16:13:51 india dimc new delhi 110002 transfer from office of exchange (Inb) air chennai. When i called customer care of india post they asked me to called chennai branch. When i called chennai branch they didn't respond properly and told me to lodge a complaint on india post website. Till now i didn't receive any response. When i contacted the seller from whom i bought they are asking to contact postal service. Please help.. Postal department is not transparent, how can goods go missing while transportation. For middle class people buying things on lower price online this is a serious problem. Please help me find my item with tracking number ru[protected]ch.
