Naswiz Holidays — Fraud and misbehaviour | |||||
I purchased a voucher of naswiz holidays in march 2016, and the voucher was valid for 1 year, it is still valid while i am raising this complaint. According to their terms and conditions, i sent the voucher with my invoice quite before my expiration of the offer. I paid inr 7950/- The bill number is 31813 I was offered 4 nights 5 days package for a holiday, so i sent my details for my trip to goa on 17th february 2017, (Which is 1 month before the expiration of my offer) When i asked for the revert, they said in month of march (When i preferred to travel) they cannot give me the holiday package due to holi holidays and they cannot just send me at that time, i dont know why. Then i asked to shift the date as per the convenience of naswiz holiday, but the said now we cant do anything, and there is no fun calling again and again, they even said that we cannot help you. If they cant give me the holiday pack, then they can refund my amount or partial amount at least. But they are very adamant about this, and are now talking very rudely when i call them. So please look into this matter and make sure strict action shall be taken against them. Was this information helpful? | |||||

My experience with Naswiz is so far very good. My package included 4nights and 5 days. I wanted to go to Goa. Even if that was the peak time but these people did not make me disappointed. I and my friends had a blast. It was a much awaited trip. We all could not thank them much. Thanks Naswiz you guys rock!!

You need to talk with the upper-level team to solve your issues. Once upon a time I faced a problem with their packages then I contacted with 2-3 persons which they are in the upper-level team and my issues were solved.

I have booked a hotel from the Naswiz, I was enjoyed from 13 Jan to 17 Jan in LA flora resort, Ooty was given by Naswiz and the hotel services was awesome and the hotel is close to nature so the views from the hotel were superb and memorable.
I didn't face any issue with their services and staff was also cooperative.

I and my friends were really happy to see the hotel accommodations. The kind of hotels they arranged for us was superb. All the employees were very decent and treated us and like one of the best guests. We were satisfied with the room type and I must add the food was really succulent.
I have also joined Naswiz program in Delhi. also Joined Naswiz last year. All MLM Company doing this. They offer us to the joined company to earn money part-time. this is not wrong or fraud. It's your choice to join it.
