Dear Sir/Madam,

I have transferred Rs. 5000 to Mr. Rajan Patil ( Mob. No. [protected]) as initial amount in Naswiz & after that I am not proper guidance from Mr. Rajan Patil so I wanted to refund my 5000 rupees & His Senior Mr. Ajay Dhotre refunded me only 2000 rupees and still pending 3000 rupees but both not receiveing my call & not refunding my 3000 rupees.

Please help me in this urgently.

Hello Nilesh, I think Mr. Rajan Patil has cheated you. I want to suggest you please find Rajan and ask him about your refund. Because any company never accept half or quarter amount for the member fees.
The package I purchased was valid for one year. Then again I repurchased the same package and according to rule you are entitled to get a refund of some amount depending upon your package. As per the commitment. I got the promised amount.
Dear Nilesh, I Totally agree with Mr. Grover, Mr. Rajan Patil cheated you. It looks simply they took from you half amount and half money back to you and rest they cut without paying to the company. How can you claim from the company without any proof? So I would like to suggest you find that man who cheated on you.
Nilesh case is very bad, do you know your payment received by the company? do you have a slip or any confirmation that received your money? if no, then how will you claim the refund from the company. it is your fault dear. you need to check everything or if you give any payment to any person you need to know everything about him.
Hello nilesh, Naswiz ek Network Marketing Company hai.Naswiz ka koi v distributer company ka employee nii hota agar koi bnda apse paise liye aur payment hi nii kya. (Aur company kavi half payment leti nii) aur o apka paisa kha gya isme naswiz ko q bich me laa rhe.Agar apko Naswiz se confirmation call aa chuka hota ar product nii deta ya fir pair complete hone ke bad payout nii ati tb blamed kr skte.
Apka paisa apke dist ke pas ap unse le skte hai. ek idea ki ap jo v amount ho full payment krwao ar jb company call kre to not interest reply krdena fir company apka account khud mang kr usme transfer kr degi.

    Good afternoon. We are a well-settled family and will not stay in this "C" Grade Hotel (Not Even 1* Star Hotel) which hardly cost INR 700-900 and also 13KM away from Nainital.

    We have already requested the booking in the 2nd Week of May, 2018 which is well in advance.

    IS this the way, Customer Service is offered by NASWIZ or Incentive Solutions to their Clients.

    Below Snapshot of the Hotel Price is with Breakfast and You didn't even include the Breakfast in the Package. WoW, such an awesome service with Naswiz/Incentive.

    If NASWIZ & Incentive Solutions can't commit Good Services what they have committed during the starting of the package then sorry to say I have to go against you in Consumer Court including SNAPSHOT of this EMAIL to all Facebook and Twitter pages of NASWIZ and Incentive Solution to tell other people to avoid such a FRAUD Company.

    Hey, I am Nitin Garg, I had booked Subash Palace in Patnitop on 4 Jan 2017 to 10 Jan 2017 by Naswiz. Hotel was very good and the rooms were very neat & clean. Hotel members are very cooperative. I did not face any problem. My tour was awesome.
    Hello, Friends, I am Prashant and I have also booked Ginger Hotel in Tirupati through Naswiz Company, Its location was very good and it was a new build hotel. Hotel rooms are very spacious. Hotel staff are decent people and speak politely every time. I have never seen any type of problem with the Naswiz Company, I am very happy with them and I want to say thanks for the wonderful trip.
    Last year I had gone to Nainital Trip by the Naswiz Company. Hotel was is Mallital it's not far away from the lake. Its near about the Parking side approx 500 meters from the Nainital Lake and the Main Cricket Ground. Hotel location was very good and the rooms are good condition. no need any complaints about the hotel rooms and their staff. they are also good.

      Hello Palvinder, I want to buy this product, tell me your concern about the product. its quality or something else. I have listened about the Naswiz many times and I was thinking to try it.
      A) about quality of Product
      1. Naswiz stitch shirt - Fabric "Supima Cotten" from Arvind Mills
      2. Naswiz stitch trouser fabric from Grasim

      So no quality compromise.
      B) Just by purchasing a product from Naswiz does not entitle you for any income. To receive income from this business opportunity, firstly you need to become a direct seller of the company by complying with necessary regulations. Your income will solely depend on the sales that you and your team generate. You need to put in the time and effort to see results

      c) Every customer must fill the Simple form before purchase that you have check the product and you are satisfy with quality
      I have seen Naswiz company offer lots of product and I want to buy it. Anyone tell me how I purchase these products. can I these products directly from the website or store?

        I have buyed package of 3 shirts & trousers worth rs. 14720. The quality of clothes are to poor. I buyed this only for income but i didn't get a single rupee from there scheme also my money is gone in vein. So i suggest do not invest your hard earned money in naswiz mlm. I wants to return the package & refund my money. The customer care are not ready to takethe package back and also not refunding money.

        I have visited the Naswiz store with friends in Delhi and checked the all the products quality. quality is good. My friend has bought some products from the Naswiz. I will visit again and bought something.
        I am the follower of Naswiz company and like its Facebook page. I have seen many beauty products launched by Naswiz. I want to buy it. can I purchase it directly from the Naswiz stores?
        I want to buy shirts and trousers from the Naswiz. I have seen on many formal shirt and trousers on facebook page. I want to visit Naswiz Store and check the quality of its product then I definately buy it.
        Where have you purchased these shirts online or from the store? can I know? I was thinking to buy it if you buy it online then I will go to the store and check the quality then purchase it. if the quality is good or average then buy it.
        It's not a scheme dear, it's a business if you have invest money so invest time also and follow the system...I am earning.

              I've purchased the elite package from agent Anand Sharma for 12900/- he told me that if you do not like this package you can return it any time and also they said you can earn lot of money but I've researched that it's fake so I called them and asked to return the package but they are saying that this package is non refundable and you are not eligible for refund. I want my money back thats all.

              My experience with Naswiz is totally good till date in every aspect. In terms of refunds and in processing the operational formalities these people are very professional. They take care of each and every part decently and professionally.
              I had booked a package on Naswiz and then later my mood has been changed and wanted to cancel that. The moment I asked to cancel that they did it and also refunded the amount. This made me really happy and built a trust with the company.
              Dear Friend, I have also purchased membership of the Naswiz, but after 2 weeks, I think and I asked the concerned person can I return it because I have no time to add any guy into it. I going to start some work with busy schedule. so that I was thinking, He says yes you can return it and after some days you receive an amount of membership. so I returned and after 3 weeks I received my amount.               Hello Deepak, I want to say something. First time I felt that these companies are fake but I researched manually about the Naswiz and meet many people who joined this company last couple of years. They are very happy with this company and after research, I thought about to join it. Now I am very happy with the company and good earnings.
              I am very happy with Naswiz Company and enjoyed its travel packages. I had joined Naswiz before 8 months. Naswiz guys are very supportive. I also recommend to many friends, some have joined but few friends are thinking to join it. Naswiz is the good company for part-time earnings.
              The creams and shampoo which I purchased are not good, so therefore I wanted to change the products.

                I would like to suggest you find that person puneet sharma and also visit that center again. You should complaint against him to his seniors perhaps you can get satisfaction.
                Manisha, I am a member of this company, as you know I had joined this company last year in Nov 2017 and didn't see partial payment method accepted here. So, first of all, we should search about the company before joining and any investment with the company.
                Yeah, Not partial payment accepted here, if anyone take partial payments then you can understand easily he is doing fraud with you. don't pay any payment without any reseearch.
                I never saw anybody give partial payments in this company. Naswiz is the best company for extra earnings because I have followed from the long time and regulary seeing the success stories of the members.

                  I have paid 8000rs in 16feb. 2017, but i have not received package so i have cancelled the package i want refund, i have already complained but till i have not received my refund. Transaction id. 018335. I am daily follow up for this but they told me your transaction id not found, then i was send them my debit transaction mail but they told me again we don’t found your id.

                  I ordered some items from Naswiz but it wasn’t delivered. When I complained about the same they found out it to be courier’s side problem. Then I decided to get the order cancelled and claimed for refund. I was so happy that without any further follow ups I got my money back. Thanks to the team.

                  I also requested them to refund my money back. They refunded me easily. If you are not getting any response then contact any responsible person in the company they definitely they will help you.
                  No, I didn't face any problem in the refund, I have already purchased this packages. but suddenly my mood has changed then I request them to refund my money. after few days I have received my money back.
                  One of my friend joined this company and after 10 days he changed his mind then he applied for the refund from the Naswiz. He got the amount after 20-25 days without any hesitation.
                  Payment received by the company and you have a slip of the payment then I am damn sure Naswizx company will refund your money back if you want. but I have seen many cases of the refund they didn't submit fees to the company. they submit to the particular person and didn't get any slip from the company. Some people doing fraud on behalf of the company. The company should be taken an Immediate action on those people who are doing this.

                    I will start from their meeting :

                    First of all where are set for meeting the owner of that space don't know about that your doing meeting because if he know then you will be insulted badly. So first point is if company is going will are these people are changing life of other peoples then why don't buy any single office.

                    In meeting you will be get aware by active earning, passive earning, time multiplication, about ficci kpmg reports, about modi talking about direct selling, fake photos of trump and other persons and at the end you may see income of that person. Guys these all things are totally fake please request to you be verify and think from your mind. Network marketing is very old concept so these people uploaded that fake stuff on google and showing you. Reports, modi conversation, trump totally are fake because these persons are businessman will educated, they never did these stupid things.

                    Company give you a package which is totally waste of money, you will never use it, i promise you. You can get more best package than that from other sites.

                    This company is not a direct selling, that is money circulation company (Giving fake commitments 3 star hotels, super deluxe, deluxe, you never get these hotels, you will get cheep hotels after long duration).

                    Guys e-commerce companies like flip kart, makemytrip these are direct sellers because that is a single platform between seller to customer.

                    Their products are very cheep, holiday package have many hidden terms and conditions if got it then you never buy it. So please check first i explained at the end.
                    Company is registered different different names.

                    Company using user weakness, i mean every person need money so company taking advantage of that, and selling very worst and cheep products.

                    Please think about that you get single id in 15000 rs. (May be now less/more), then you need more two persons (For get 1500 rs), which are your friends, these are also like as you so you pay 45000 rs. Then
                    You get 1500.

                    Company says you will get multiplication earning, which will make you biggest fool because you never get, every time you need 45000 rs. For get 1500 (May that will get by your down lines). So think about that you are giving very high amount to company as compare to you getting.

                    Company is underground, i never see any news of that company, i think you also never listen about that company. So that is a key point these people are doing very wrong and one that will be caught by govt. Like amway ceo.

                    Yes, please search on it, you know amway which is largest network company, the ceo of that company is arrested in 2016 because he was making fool to innocent peoples like you.

                    Please be think about above all points and never get part of fake company, be safe. It is my humble request to you. I hope that will be helpful for you.

                    My experience with Naswiz is till day very good. I personally find this company to be one of the genuine one. Payment is always on time and the best part is their benefits. My experience So far is very trustworthy with the company. Whatever my expectations were they have been met by them in terms of money. Two more people got engaged with the company as per my suggestion and even they have positive feedback.
                    I am very satisfied with Nasiwz, I have earned good amount from the company and also received tour packages from the Naswiz. I had really enjoyed with family on this trip. I have joined Naswiz before six months and start earning from Naswiz.
                    Dear Uday, Every MLM Company doing the Same with the money. It's your choice to join it or not. They offer you to earn extra money with networking system. So you can't say that they are making fool to innocent people.

                    All the network marketing company has done the same thing. They are doing money circulate to the members but it is true the member pay one time and earn regularly. I have many friends who joined these type of company and they are very happy with this company. in fact, few friends have left the job for the joined this company and working with networking marketing.
                    I don't think so that Naswiz is the fraud company and They making the fool to innocent people. I have seen lots of people who joined this company around me. They are very happy with the company. They are currently working with the company and achieve lots of gifts from the company. if the company is fraud then how they run the company last 15-16 years.

                      I was very happy with the holiday package that I got from Naswiz. Our whole traveling experience was nice and the best part was the hotel accommodation. I and my friends were very happy with the services. Whatever they commit, they deliver.
                      I have a total work experience of 18 yrs with different direct selling companies. Some of them are good and some are bad. Working with Naswiz was definitely the best experience I had. Whatever they commit they fulfill. In a short span of time I earned a decent amount of money. They don’t compromise on ethics and expects from all the distributors to follow the rules.
                      Pro:
                      • Good amount of money
                      • Payment on time
                      • Operational people are very cooperative.
                      Cons: Not as such till date. But if I will have any will definitely share with you all.
                      I have joined the Naswiz last year. My friend asks me to join this company. First time I disagreed with him and his way of speaking about the packages. After some time I listen to this company from the other people then I feel bad at that time. then I call to my friend and ask to join this company now I am very happy with this company.
                      Naswiz is not a fraud company. It is MLM company and I am enjoying Naswiz membership and as well as travel packages. I would like to recommend you should contact its team and solve your query with them. I am sure they guys solve your problem.

                        This is very worst process getting refund .customer support executive not clear about system & not answering proper still after 1 month...they only call then after phones are Switched off or Not reachable mode...this very embarrassing for client. after several request not process refund in NEFT or Chq Mode & other options not trusted...
                        I purchased a package and was expecting a holiday kit. I dint get that on the given time. I followed up with Naswiz people, they tracked it and given me a next date. This time the package was delivered on time. I was happy with Naswiz for taking care of my concern professionally.
                        I didn't face this type of problem when I purchased this packages and after 1 week I had received the package.

                        You did not receive any response from the team Naswiz yet. I think this issue would be solved from the Naswiz. Because I also requested them to refund my money back. They refunded me easily. If you are not getting any response then contact any responsible person in the company they definitely they will help you.

                          Staff services are poor esp avnit madam and priyanka madam. They dont know how to talk with a customer. They are sitting in service sector. After several reminder on phone and through email they said we dont get the information. This service shows very poor impact on me and i am not going to continue after that. I am also going to do rti regarding your services that shows on while buying the product.

Perhaps there must be communication gap in your case. I believe their employees and services are very much co-operative and efficient.

My queries were resolved in the given course of time. I suggest one should try once to get rid of all the myths about the company.

                          Thanks Naswiz for providing us excellent Resort in Manali.I was thinking the hotel but Naswiz provided Resort for us.The resort was awesome I can't imagine that Naswiz deals with types of a resort in very less price. they guys are very co-operative and Naswiz provides us best services every time.
                          Unthorized Charges and making money by MLM and looting People to make members.

                          Asking people to join with some 42000 Rs and start earning on daily basis

                            I am writing this complaint against a travel company called Naswiz holidays pvt ltd.
                            Naswiz people are committing for 3 star/Deluxe category hotels but I would not give single star to their hotels.
                            Here is a story for you all.

                            I had submitted the form 45 days before i had plan a holiday, we filled 4 forms together but never got same hotel in GOA.

                            They confirmed the date 19-23 may & hotel name came before 5 days (Whispering woods) & just another cheap hotel for other 2

                            Guys i am in real shock, hotel which is 2 hours from city / airport in the jungle. . . I cant even imagine to stay there with my lil child and wife. . It was so scary.

                            Just have a look and read reviews about the hotels . . . Here are few - :

                            Filth and mould”
                            “do not stay here - dirty, mouldy, disgusting. ”
                            “not the best holiday option”
                            “horrible”
                            “scarry”
                            “poor facility - service - food, no worth the price”
                            “no hospitality mind set at all. ”
                            “nothing worth remembering - money hounds!”
                            Flush not working
                            AC not working
                            Even no charging points
                            No tissue paper in toilet
                            Door lock so hard not able to close like I came in my ancestors home
                            Sofa's are so worst & also this hotel providing room in 999 rupees.

                            Finally i am not sure if they are gonna offer me something better now but as if now i had convinced my self that they trapped me, i become fool.

                            I am gonna book a good and nice hotel on my own and make my holiday memorable for me and my family

                            Think 1000 times before offering such schemes to your friends and family as money is always hard earned and no business is easy.

                            I really wanna apologies my friends whom i forced to put money in such scheme, i hope you all will forgive us. .

                            Naswiz is all about fooling people.

                            Hopefully soon my team of 4 - 5 people will file a case against them in consumer court i please feel free if you want to join us.

                            I and my friends were really happy to see the hotel accommodations. The kind of hotels they arranged for us was superb. All the employees were very decent and treated us and like one of the best guests. We were satisfied with the room type and I must add the food was really succulent.
                            My experience with Naswiz is so far very good. My package included 4nights and 5 days. I wanted to go to Goa. Even if that was the peak time but these people did not make me disappointed. I and my friends had a blast. It was a much awaited trip. We all could not thank them much. Thanks Naswiz you guys rock!!

I buy naswiz elite package of first 1250/- and after 5000/- paid - where i paide full payment they told me i will get a call from delhi office to confirm the package. Your member jitendra says when id is created not refund. So they will replace my id with another one and then give my money. They also said me they want some time to replce id. After 4 months when i asked them for money they told me it was unable to refund as your package is confirmed and registered by your name. It was their team member milind...

                              Naswiz company never say anyone, you have to pay half payment, company taking payment online and they will also confirm payment detail on your mail id.
                              Anyone showing the plan for naswiz, they told you i am not working in Naswiz just i am working As a distributor of naswiz and all term and condition clearly mention your booklet and Company always told you on Call confirmation.
                              this is not the company fault this is the fault of your friends so never blaim Naswiz company.

                              I have ordered a package from Naswiz. After sometime I started not liking the product and wanted refund. I went through the refund policy and got to know about 30 days refund. I claimed that and got the refund on time. My only concern was during this period that what if I remained being unheard. But I was really happy when they picked the call on time and took the matter seriously.
                              I find the refund policy superb. What they commit and what they deliver it doesn’t have any discrepancy. My experience so far is very good with the company. Even my friends who are associated with the company are happy about it.
                              One of my friends has joined the Naswiz Company then after 15 days. He don't want to continue with the company. Please refund my money back. he emailed them a request for refund and within 30 days he got the refund amount. He didn't face any issue with the refund.

                                Myself Poonam lives in pune. i buy naswiz elite package of 9770/- where they told me i will get a call from delhi office to confirm the package. when i get call i told them i am not interested in this package and i want my money back. That time they told me it was difficult to refund the money as ID was created. So they will replace my ID with another one and then give my money. they also said me they want some time to replce ID. After 4 months when i asked them for money they told me it was unable to refund as your package is confirmed and registered by your name. It was their team member Nisha who confirm my ID by mistake and send my package kit to my address. I call and mail to company various time but no one of them give me positive response. When i contact to pune office they told me it is not in their hand as it was confirmed from delhi office. I dont understand why i suffer for company's mistake. I want my money back at any cost.

                                I got suggestion from my friend to buy products from Naswiz website. I did that online only and I found it to be the safest mode of payment. Whatever they say in their guidelines they adhere that. I recommend that before buying one should go through the guidelines and terms & conditions to avoid any communication gap.
                                I have read your complaint carefully, I think it is a communication gap. please contact them again and you should drop an email to the company with your all details. I am sure they will help you and solve this matter shortly.

                                    Naswiz is always asking for 10000 to join the team. So I had submitted 4000 to a Naswiz executive in Noida location and I didn't paid the full amount. After 2-3 months i asked to executive to refund my money coz i was not able to pay full amount to him. He committed to refund the money asap. But now from 6 months he is not responding, i had complained to Naswiz email id also [protected]@naswiz.com & [protected]@naswiz.com but no-one replying over the mail.

                                    Hi i have taken package since last 3months and i have not used at all since no body is answering on the shared number.I want my money backor immediate call bck to plan a trip since it is expiring in july.I haf spent rs 10000 on it.
                                    As this direct selling marketing company has many executives. They are there to spread the awareness about the business. I found one executive and showed my interest towards this business. I gave him half of the needed amount and promised to pay the rest. However, due to some financial difficulties I couldn’t pay the rest. So I asked him to return the half of the amount as it doesn’t make any sense to pay only half. He gave me a waiting time of few days and without any further delay I got the amount back to me.
                                    I had booked a package on Naswiz and then later my mood changed and wanted to cancel that. The moment I asked to cancel that they did it and also refunded the amount. This made me really happy and built a trust with the company.

                                    I have read your complaint but I think it is your fault and you have paid half amount to the person. as you know its membership around 14000 then why you paid 10, 000. if you paid 14000 then you received any slip or confirmation from the Naswiz company and then you asked mail to Naswiz to refund your amount. unless your amount will not be submitted to Naswiz then how can you ask money back from Naswiz and there is no meaning to mail them. think it

                                    I would like to suggest you one thing you have to search that person and ask your money back.
                                    I just read your complaint about Naswiz. I want to say something about your money refund. I totally agree with Gaurav, Maybe it’s your fault. If you paid half or any amount then you should be asked for the payment slip or any payment receipt. I already take this membership it’s very beneficial. This is an opportunity to earn extra money for your needs.

                                        I purchase one Package in January, 2016, our account was debited on 21/01/2016 and booklet issued on 01/04/2016 for Rs 7950/ valid for one Year
                                        This was my second package as I had purchased elite package of Rs 9750/ also
                                        As per their rules I was to be refunded Rs950/ but till date I could not get the refund in my account after more than 15 months
                                        In my Elite package i could avail only one tour rest lapsed
                                        In second one I applied for one Place before 30 days but could not get voucher till departure of train could not get voucher and finally had to deboard train and return back to house

                                        The package I purchased was valid for one year. Then again I repurchased the same package and according to rule you are entitled to get a refund of some amount depending upon your package. As per the commitment. I got the promised amount.
                                        If you were purchasing the second time Naswiz Packages then you have to know about the terms and conditions of this company. Naswiz guys are co-operative if you are doing with the terms and condition you will enjoy the packages hassle-free. I have already bought it the third time and also recommend to my friends or relatives.

                                        I would say something to all of you if you join any company please follow their rules and regulations if you want to enjoy their services.

                                        I had booked Subash Palace in Patnitop on 4 Jan 2017 to 10 Jan 2017 by Naswiz. Hotel was very good and rooms were very neat & clean. Hotel members are very cooperative. I did not face any problem. My tour was awesome.
