During the application for NEET MDS-2021 my application showed payment pending but money has been deducted from my account on 13November, 2020.So, I have done an another transaction on 15 November, 2020 and it has been successful and my application got submitted.
Hence, I request you to kindly refund the money of my first transaction asap.

The amount for ₹4425 was deducted from my account for the application form of mds neet.
The transaction was unsuccessful yet the amount was deducted from my account & I haven't received the deducted amount back yet. There is no message or any update about the refund.
Kindly see into it & keep me updated
& Please try to make the refund ASAP.

Ive applied for the exam neet mds.. during that application I ve paid 4425 rupees two times.. because it was displaying there that the payment is pending on 16 December.. please check and give my excess amount that is 4425 rupees back as soon as possible..

I tried to complete my online payment and registration of mds 2021-21 but the transactions failed to help line number anywhere provided not even in the NEET website . there should be an other ways of registration if in such case opting for only one way is an inconvenience if failing multiple transactions. i request to accept these transaction and complete our registrations in order not to loose our hard work and time as today is the last day of payment .

I did payment while filling the exam form, money was also deducted from my account but still it shows payment failed In the form. My money was also not returned . Please help !

I have applied for Mds neet 2021 on 13th of nov ..and after filling the application and uploading the documents the I have entered the payment gateway and I filled up my card details and after entering my otp the money got deducted and the screen suddenly showed session ended and there is no update afterwards ...I again logged in to the account and I checked it shows that the payment is pending..and I mailed to the helpdesk about it and they replied me to wait for 24 hours ..it’s been 24 hours now and there is no update ...I again mailed them and there is no response..pls do help me

I am Neethu R, contact num [protected], did my MDS NEET Exam registration through nee.edu.in . The payment for the application was made on Nov 10 2020 through google pay UPI transaction. The amount was debited from from account but the application shows pending payment status. Moreover there was no proper response from the board even after contacting them through mail and phone. Kindly do the needful

Hi, I am kavitha.G and my application number is MD017600. I paid twice the amount of 4425 for MDS form due to session expired error. Now two of the amount that I have paid one of them is settled and other one needs to be refunded asap. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Sir, i have registered for neet mds entrance exam today. Unfortunately twice the actual amount was deducted from my account.. Even though it is said that the OTP have timed out, there occurs a deduction of amount ( 4425) from my account and still it showed as pending in my portal.. So i tried for a second payment and it was successfully transactioned..kindly refund the extra amount

Earlier today I trying to submit the application form, though I completed all the payment procedure, the merchant didn't accept my payment, and I was unable to submit the form
What happened is, I put all the required payment details, then I requested the OPT, as soon as I received the OTP, I put it there
Then it showed it's processing and session timeout error was shown. The amount got debited from my account, they didn't credit it back. And form was not submitted.
If you could please recheck what happened with my form please I request you

I, Suhina Roy Chowdhury, a NEET MDS 2021 aspirant, submitted the application and made the payment for the upcoming exam scheduled on 16th December on 29th October, Thursday in the evening..It showed that application form has been submitted successfully but the payment is pending.The money immediately got debited from my account..It has been 5 days now but still it is showing that the payment is pending..I have contacted the NBE Helpdesk several times.Still there has been no resolution of my problem..The replies of the email were also unsatisfactory..If this delay continues I might not get the centre of my choice..In these challenging time amidst Corona it is not possible for me to travel to another district or state to appear for the examination due to family problems..I will lose 1 year..Kindly address my issue urgently as soon as possible..

This is in regard to my neet mds 2021 examination form..here is a comlplaint i did my payment for the aforementioned form through debit card two times but both times my otp session expired but money was deducted without any message.but due to centre choice which gets exhausted quickly i had to make payment through another card that was confirmed..please refund my two previous deductions back
