natboard or Nation board of Examinations officers are not responding email complaints and call.. my complaint on faulty payment and not refund of faulty payment of examination fee..

i paid once it not accepted and i paid again fee and it is accepted but i later found both time fee deducted and one fee should be refund but they not responding..

if in lakhs peoples are registering and if they get same problem then...

I am an NRI residing in Dubai and a Medical Doctor by profession, parctising in Dubai for last 5 years. For Medical parctitioners to practice there is a need for license and with Dubai license one cannot work in other emirates like Sharjah/ Abu Dhabi/ RAK.
