After completing the application form fill up, the payment page is not showing, , error url msg keeps popping up every time, , i couldn't make the payment still, , I'm scared please help

      I have made payment of Rs.5015 on 25/02/2020 via debit card.The amount has been deducted from my account but shows payment pending . I tried second time to Pay via UPI which was successful.But the previous amount is yet to refund to my account
      Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

                        On 27 February we had started filling the application form in the due course during 1145 pm we had paid the total required amount of rupees 5015 and the money has been debited from our account but the payment status in our application form is still F. Even no response when we tried through toll free numbers. Being an educational board serving for country it is the minimum responsibility to maintain a team for listening queries and addressing queries quickly. As the closing date of filling application form is approaching soon please address our query as soon as possible.

                            I am a medical student who is preparing for NEET PG 2021 exam. I had to fill the application form for the same exam and pay Rs. 5015. When the payment portal opened, I paid the same amount through my Paytm Payments Bank Debit Card. The amount has been deducted from my account but on the website of my examination board it is showing that the payment is still pending. Kindly help me with this issue.
