National Board Of Examination — neet pg 2019 form filling error

I'm h. Sonamani, an applicant of neet pg (Nov 2018) from the state of manipur and i'm not able to select the city center while filling the form. I could select the state of correspondence but the city choice isn't showing up in the drop box. Is it technical difficulties or are there any possibilities that the seats have been filled up and we have to choose different exam center?

My name is Nareen Reddy, my roll number is[protected] allowed seat in first but I surrendered that seat, because I have selected aiims in MANGALAGI. but no display in additional refund list on 26/10/2018.please refund amount in my account.
