National Board Of Examination — neet pg payment problem

Dear sir,
I successfully completed first 2 steps of neet pg registration. During payment it displayed failed due to some exception but money deducted from my account. I tried three times. And it deducted 3 times but still now payment is unsuccessful. I paid from sbi net banking 2 times and atm card 1 time. Please kindly solve my problem and refund my amount.

Total 11, 250 rs deducted in my account. How to get it back? And can i pay once again for complete the application? Kindly solve my problem as early as possible
