National Board Of Examination — payment error thrice | |
Dear sir, I am anamika my candidate id is [protected] and i am having issue in registering for neet pg mds 2018. After completing the first two steps of registration, i paid the fees (3rd step) through sbi net banking. I got the confirmation of amount (Rs 3750) deducted from my account on my mobile but the same was not confirmed on the nbe registration page. I tried paying for the exam two more times using sbi net banking again and third time using my sbi credit card. Still my payment details have not been updated on "my page" and now my application is incomplete. I have lost rupees 11250/- due to this issue and still not registered for the exam. On 26th november 2017, I tried to pay the NEET MDS -2018 fees amounting to Rs. 3750 two times using my citi bank credit CARD. But unfortunately both the times the transaction failed with a return message "the website shows YOUR ACTION COULD NOT BE COMPLETED DUE TO AN EXCEPTION . PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER " .
Kindly clarify whether the amounts were actually transferred to your side and if yes when can i expect the refund. If not then kindly give a message that you have not received the amount and inform me whom should i contact for resolving the issue.
