National Highway Authority of India — Misbehaviour of toll staff at Mahuvan toll plaza | |
Sir,
My name is RP Agarwal from Agra and I have been traveling from Agra to Delhi thrice a week since 11years for the dialysis ofy wife in Apollo Hospital.
Today when I was going for the same through national highway, at mahuvan toll plaza I gave the amount of toll but it took me to wait quite a long time for the toll receipt. When my driver asked the reason for it he was told by the staff working on the computer that system is slowed down. When my driver suggest him to repair the system he (staff) argued with him(driver) and misbehaved badly and slapped on my driver.
Sir, this is very disappointing and intolerable and I would request you to take a strict action against that staff.
