[Resolved] National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Amount deducted from fastag as well as taken cash Amount | |
During my Journey from Indore to Bhopal on 13 Oct 2021 Indore crossed Bhourasa Toll Plaza at 10:37AM with cash amount Rs. 63/- due to fastag sacaner not working properly. But after 10 minutes fastag has been also deducted Rs.63/- from my fastag Wallet. This act is totally fraud with travelers. Was this information helpful? | |
Oct 18, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I was passing trough Bhourasa Toll Plaza of Dewas Bhopal Corridor on 13/10/2021 by Car (R.No.- MP09WF6614) at 10:41:01AM after paid Toll Tax Rs.63/- in cash because its fastag scanner can not read fastag.
After some time toll Plaza again deducted Rs.63/- from my paytm fastag account also at 10:46AM.
That was fraud having with me by concern Toll Plaza.
I request to concern authority, kindly refund me my extra amount Rs.63/- that has been deducted trough my Paytm Fastag.
Here, I have attached here received of both transactions.
