National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Amount deducted from fastag even car is not passed from Toll plaza

Hello Sir/Madam. On 25th may got message amount of 85 deducted from my fasttag wallet ( Paytm) at Hiwargaon pavasa toll plaza. I have never visited this toll plaza and from past three month of lock down my car is still in my parking, I have seen many people raises similar issue and it seems some goons are doing this mischievous act and looting people
