Sir, My fast tag amount deducted by date 8/6/23 time 6:00:50 un nesesury
I am local resident in toll area but why deducte amount my fast tag account first time

We are going Delhi to karnal on[protected] around at 9.30 pm on murthal toll plaza staff misbhive with us. Our vichcle no is HR49B0055 and we a fasttag on this vichle. And our fastag is active and also have sufficient balance. But toll plaza staff jitender kumar misbhive with us and said your fasttag is blocked. We we say call your manager. Manager is not come. Manager name is didar singh.

We are travelling from Dharapuram to Ottanvhatram bypass road.We witnrssed 3 narrivades nwfpre paraipatti village with no signage/coloration of red/yellow..Pir bumper got hravily impacted as therenwere no visibility of these barrivades.Its a serious threat as driver, ight ;ose comtrol amd accidents moght happen, please do the needful asap

We happened to drive frequently on NH 65 from past 7 years and notice many diversions especially in Maharashtra stretch while Telangana & Karnataka stretches are a breeze. Why does it take so long to lay/fix the highways? What’s the point of charging heavy taxes to the employees?

Highways lights not working for a Long period of time, It is very difficult for us to travell place to another. It leads to Accidents and old age people are suffering from the dark. Kindly fix this as soon as possible.

For years now the roads from Sriperumbudur to Kanchipuram have been filled with potholes, No roads and ongoing constructions. This is a heavily used road by all road passengers from Chennai to Bangalore. Very poor infrastructure for years now and no changes have been made to the roads in a very long time. Either the Toll plaza should be removed from this end where they charge Rs 50 for cars or the Roads have to be fixed as soon as possible. Its a complete joke that a road that is this bad has a toll plaza that collects cash for using it. Village roads are better than this and there is no direct alternative for this road. Please take immediate action on this.

The toll plaza which is located at jodidharmapuram, between gooty and tadipatri has very poor quality of staff as well as systems, every day it is taking nearly 10 to 20 minutes to cross the toll gate. They are taking nearly 5 min to to sacn 1 fasttag. If anybody asks about the issue they are scolding and coming to beat the vehicle drivers. I have seen more than 3 instances in the same day. The staff behavior is toomuch rude and they are using abused words on women also.
Please take necessary action against them.

Hi,

Its 3rd time when the toll barrier opened after reading fastag but dropped before passing of car and caused scratch on my car . I talked to toll booth employee but they have ignored it. Its regarding KMP expressway coming from Palwal to Noida. I have seen same cases with other cars as well 2 to 3 times. If the NHAI is not able to manage the toll booth then why to pay for toll.

The toll plaza placed in between Vidyaranyapura - Nanjangud Rd, Madaragalli, Karnataka 571311 which is not double road and also road maintained very poor and this toll were collected for what purpose. this not meeting the requirement it is shows it is only collected for there need not for maintenance.

it is very bad if this way it continues BJP will loss the there face. we want to be developed country not be scam country.

Please take action on this toll and they were collecting Rs.85 it is more than the double road which is available.

No proper vigilance on road maintenance.

Sir, I am a airforce personal. I crossed Baretha toll plaza near Malanpur Bhind (M.P.) on 02 Jun 2023 at 10:40 AM using my vehicle MP07CD5620. Toll plaza staff did not sulute even after seeing my I CARD and misbehaved with me and charged the toll amount . And threatened me using word tu jo kuch ukhad sakta hai ukhad Lena..jhn complain krni hai kr de hamara koi kuch nhi kr sakta..which is completely violation of Indian TOLL ACT (ARMY/AIRFORCE) 1901 and your issued direction to all toll plaza regarding beheavior with defence personal

I passed through toll plaza at Borkheda JAIPUR KOTA national highway on 26.05.2023. There was sufficient balance in Fastag of Rs 690/- (screen shoot enclosed) but toll employee told me that no balance in Fastag and behaved inhuman and charged double used fees of Rs 240 /-( Receipt enclosed). I made complaint at toll plaza (Receipt enclosed) but no response given till date from toll plaze. I request you to arrange the refund take nacessary action againt toll plaza.

Hello, I am resident of Abegaon Kh. Tal. Haveli Pune. As per recent decision, in March 2023, Vehicles from Haveli Taluka are exempted however at toll booth inspite of showing validated proof, toll for my vehicle was deducted on 20.05.2023. When I showed my RC to toll operator he said to go however the message for deduction came to me after few hours. This seems to be scam. Request to refund all deducted amount to my fastag wallet.

I have visited from narwana to jind and returned back within 24hours on dated 30.05.2023. please make solution.

I was traveled Sangli to Pune on Monday 22 May 2023. I crossed

I travelled through Tasawade Plaza on 22 May 2023 and fastag was deducted for Rs 80/- but according to NHAI rule if we have to wait more that 10 sec then toll free so their 5 minutes wait and same rule discussed to not cut the toll they are misbehave with me argue with me and forcefully cut the toll from my fast tag account. Please refund me my money ASAP.

I am Mr.Dattatreya. I am a frequent car traveller on highways. With my experience and observed many times, I am bringing this information to your notice that most of the first lanes are occupied by very slow and slow moving vehicles. So obviously fast moving vehicles in the first lane are changing their lanes with the same speed also sometimes. Due to this most accidents are happening. So kindly a request to make a strict rule and implement immediately that all loaded heavy vehicles and slow moving vehicles should not be in first/VIP lane and make strict to 2nd, 3rd etc..lanes so that always first lane could be used for fast moving vehicles/Ambulance/VIPs etc.

On 21 May 23/ 18:09Hrs toll of Rs 60/ was automatically deducted from my Fast Tag at Devanahalli Toll Plaza, Bangalore. I was travelling on my Car GJ18BJ5781 and on the toll booth I showed my Defense ID. The same was checked and I was permitted to cross the barrier however shortly after crossing the toll plaza I got an SMS to say the money has been deducted. This was despite the fact that the Fast Tag card was kept safely in the car.
The reason for automatic deduction is not understood and hence sum of Rs60 be refunded back.
