On 7.5.23, my vehicle tn24q8038 crossed porur tollgate. I have a paytm tag, my balance was around 305 rupees, still they said I had no balance and had to pay double the amount. Kindly do look into this....

Such kind of theft happening is really not acceptable they are charging 330 rs for one way which is too much for common man and government is allowing this. This is called a perfect (CHORI) really upset with government and this toll tax...

The condition of toilets at Lehra Begga Toll Plaza, Bathinda, Punjab at NH7 is so bad that it is better to use open spaces rather than using these toilets. Apart from being dirty and stinky (full of mosquitos as well), everything is broken. There are no wash basins or water supply of any kind. Herewith attached are some of the photos....

The problem of FASTag non scanning is being faced at Sanwara Toll Plaza of Chandigarh Shimla Himachal Pradesh. There are some machines at this toll plaza which are not working properly. Despite the very less traffic, there is always a long queue at this toll plaza. Here the toll plaza staff see that the code is not scanning, so they use a stick in which they have attached the FASTag reader and then process the toll manually. There are 5 counters...

I had paid Rs 330 for a monthly pass, and was told that it is registered online but after that twice the toll after 27 april, now I am told that there is no pass online for the no PB18U2025. Pls help...

I was traveled yesterday by car MH12NB0329 approx 5pm. Fastag was not reading machine any tag problem even balance was in fastag. I was requested to cut money on basis of Car Name plate number but the staff's supervisor was very arrogance used language and was saying to take car back even the they can do fastag cutting on basis of car number. My little child was in car was traveled back from hospital to home. They was saying...

At bhiwandi vasai road malody toll plaza has closed by government some local people are open that toll and taken money from all vehicle please solve this problem as soon as possible...

Today while traveling with my family, I was charged 90 rupees for the first time and 45 rupees for the return from the fast tag of my car, number KL10B 2663 at Paliekara toll plaza.As far as I know, Paliekara toll plaza charges Rs.70 per car and Rs.105 for return journey. So 20 rupees more was taken from me. Therefore, it is requested to clarify this matter or take necessary action to get back the overcharged amount....

I have travelled on 02/04/2023 from Chitradurga to Dharwad then toll charges double deducted in Hebbalu and chalageri toll plazas for both way

Badbar toll plaza near Sangrur over time I wait 2 minutes and rule of NHAI 10 seconds over not collecting money but he collect money in my account in fastag...

I had been travelling from Jaipur to Delhi via New Delhi-Mumbai Highway on[protected]. At Hilalpur toll plaza they had charged Rs 415/- as toll from Dausa to Ballabhgarh.
Amount is too much and on[protected] during my Delhi to Jaipur journey it was 35 + 325 only.

Please refund the excess amount.

I was double charged 180 rs at Surajbari toll plaza (NH8A) stating that my vehicle GJ36AC0059 linked with mobile [protected] having low Fastag balance but the Truth is I had very sufficient amount balance was available. The scam didn't just stop at collecting 180 rs in person but also original 90 rs toll deducted from my fastag balance.

In the month of April I used eastern peripheral 2 times from Duhai to Palwal and Palwal to Duhai. Please note that road conditions are so worst which cannot be described in words. Complete stretch is bumby, roads are broken in between, Cannot run vehicle more than 50 kmph. while coming back from palwal to ghaziabad, entire stretch is worst. dont know what you people are waiting for and why you are charging such a hefty amount of toll charges...

At Mandi Toll Plaza(Bharuch, Gujarat) being waited for more than 10 secs in 100 mts range but when asked for free toll as per guidelines of NHAI Toll Plaza Rule, the toll manager did not validated free toll and communicated through obstruct language and tried to misguide the citizen !
Are rules made just to be displayed or are they being really implemented !
Hope concerned authority takes a view on such incidents....

Kundli-manesar-palwal expressway in Haryana was inaugurated in 2018 but road condition is very poor. There are uneven roads, so we can drive at 80km/hr Max (120km/hr is allowed).

Could you please repair the roads...

1. The scanner was not working and for no fault of mine, I was charged double for paying cash.

2. Booth operator did not give me a receipt initially. Then he tried to give me the receipt of some other car, saying that receipt is printed after the next car passes through the gate....

I passed toll at 5.30 pm on 28 April 2033.
I v fast track with enough balence in wallet
The machine of fast track is not working properly.
The toll plaza person charged 480 Rs and did not give recept
Neither he returned change...

The toll person take Double toll from Fast Tag.
One side they Charge-115₹
Return also charges-115₹
It's wrong way take a Payment.
Return charges is less than one way...

And the person Behavior was very rude and Arrogant Language....
