Sir, I am a airforce personal. I crossed Baretha toll plaza near Malanpur Bhind (M.P.) on 02 Jun 2023 at 10:40 AM using my vehicle MP07CD5620. Toll plaza staff did not sulute even after seeing my I CARD and misbehaved with me and charged the toll amount . And threatened me using word tu jo kuch ukhad sakta hai ukhad Lena..jhn complain krni hai kr de hamara koi kuch nhi kr sakta..which is completely violation of Indian TOLL ACT (ARMY/AIRFORCE) 1901 and your issued direction to all toll plaza regarding beheavior with defence personal

I passed through toll plaza at Borkheda JAIPUR KOTA national highway on 26.05.2023. There was sufficient balance in Fastag of Rs 690/- (screen shoot enclosed) but toll employee told me that no balance in Fastag and behaved inhuman and charged double used fees of Rs 240 /-( Receipt enclosed). I made complaint at toll plaza (Receipt enclosed) but no response given till date from toll plaze. I request you to arrange the refund take nacessary action againt toll plaza.

Hello, I am resident of Abegaon Kh. Tal. Haveli Pune. As per recent decision, in March 2023, Vehicles from Haveli Taluka are exempted however at toll booth inspite of showing validated proof, toll for my vehicle was deducted on 20.05.2023. When I showed my RC to toll operator he said to go however the message for deduction came to me after few hours. This seems to be scam. Request to refund all deducted amount to my fastag wallet.

I have visited from narwana to jind and returned back within 24hours on dated 30.05.2023. please make solution.

I was traveled Sangli to Pune on Monday 22 May 2023. I crossed

I travelled through Tasawade Plaza on 22 May 2023 and fastag was deducted for Rs 80/- but according to NHAI rule if we have to wait more that 10 sec then toll free so their 5 minutes wait and same rule discussed to not cut the toll they are misbehave with me argue with me and forcefully cut the toll from my fast tag account. Please refund me my money ASAP.

I am Mr.Dattatreya. I am a frequent car traveller on highways. With my experience and observed many times, I am bringing this information to your notice that most of the first lanes are occupied by very slow and slow moving vehicles. So obviously fast moving vehicles in the first lane are changing their lanes with the same speed also sometimes. Due to this most accidents are happening. So kindly a request to make a strict rule and implement immediately that all loaded heavy vehicles and slow moving vehicles should not be in first/VIP lane and make strict to 2nd, 3rd etc..lanes so that always first lane could be used for fast moving vehicles/Ambulance/VIPs etc.

On 21 May 23/ 18:09Hrs toll of Rs 60/ was automatically deducted from my Fast Tag at Devanahalli Toll Plaza, Bangalore. I was travelling on my Car GJ18BJ5781 and on the toll booth I showed my Defense ID. The same was checked and I was permitted to cross the barrier however shortly after crossing the toll plaza I got an SMS to say the money has been deducted. This was despite the fact that the Fast Tag card was kept safely in the car.
The reason for automatic deduction is not understood and hence sum of Rs60 be refunded back.

Issues: My vehicle fast-tag has been charged when my vehicle parked in my house parking at at Navayuga Bangalooru toll gate.

This is a fraud act happend on my vehicle fasttag please look in to the issue

Rs.30 paid at Navayuga Bangalooru Tollway for KA02MJ5236 on[protected]:35:26 with ICICI Bank FASTag. Bal Rs.41. Call [protected] for dispute

I have enter from KMP Western peripheral Asoda toll plaza haryana at 7:45 am on 24 May, 2023. But as soon i enter the toll I was feeling not well and stop my car on toll for next 5 min . After that I exit from same toll back at 7:53 am just after 7-8 min due to health issue . But on 26 may 2023 I got the message of deduction of 190/- rs of this time. What is this. No one can I'll .. and same entry exit within 10 min and toll deducted 190/- why ? How? Kindly return this toll amount .

I was with my family at kiranj toll plaza I showed my Dhbvn Card they said it’s not acceptable, i said it is applicable at all other tolls and I’m going and showing it from past 2-3 day’s but he said no then i was showing my fastag but this person started passing comments and misbehaved with me ! I don’t know if I’m paying such heavy toll fees can’t the staff be educated and polite? Or is it that I’ve to file a complaint on toll plaza or against the company to make them remember the consumer right’s

I work with National Insurance Company as an advocate/investigator and we want weight of oil tanker no NL01-N-9318, which passed the Korai toll plaza Agra on[protected] towards Agra, because said tanker got overturn near Shamsabad and oil spread on road side ditch. The loss of oil claim is reported to National Insurance Company and government money is involved in this claim, so please tell the weight of said tanker at the time of crossing toll.

I had raised a complain with complain no. 7028860 on[protected] against a fasttag deduction of Rs.130/- at Nazirakhat toll plaza of Assam for a journey not conducted by my vehicle no. AS02X5535. I had raised the complaint by calling the helpline no. 1033 on the same day. I had uploaded all the required images through WhatsApp except the back side of RC as the same was not available in my mobile at that time and I stayed away from my home. So, on[protected] I had raised a fresh complaint again with complain no. 7166482 by submitting all the documents through WhatsApp. But my complaint has been closed without refunding the amount by saying that I have submitted the documents lately.

3 lanes of toll were blocked due to the negligence of employees. We had to wait for 10 minutes and were intended to switch lanes again and again. Due to the malfunction of some cars whole lanes were troubled. This was needed to be managed but it wasn’t so.

I have been travelling between Bangalore and Chennai via Krishnagiri, but see that the toll roads have not been developed for almost 4 years but they charge for the bad roads in 2 toll booths.
1. Chennasamaduram Toll of Rs 45 &
2. SriPerumbadur Toll of Rs 50

Also it adds to travel time and not seen any progress in these 2 toll stretch and wanted the NHAI to look into this issue.

There is a huge rock and a road patch in between kasepally toll plaza and Gates Institute of technology Gooty, this had been so many months might be an year since it has been not fixed, many incidents happened and few lost lives as well, There us no hazard boards as i remembered, I humbly request Highway authorities to look into it and please respond on the situation and Saves many lives, Thank you.

Complaint for toll plaza extra charge and sensor issue. Today ( 21st May 2023) crossing chengalpat toll plaza in my private car your government fixed rate Rs. 60/- but toll plaza not working sensor, cash mode single trip collected 70/- and include penalty charge Rs 70/- total Rs. 140/-. How to encourage our government. Kindly verify this toll plaza and return my payment include your side how many days delay include penalty pay.

Today 21st May when we were crossing Khed sinnar expressway of Pune Nasik Highway. We were waited for 18 minutes at toll due to toll issue. When we asked to remove barrier as per rule i.e wait time is more than 10 minutes. Executive started misbehaving and asked “kar do complaint jahan karni ho”. Which is very shocking.

Need action by NHAi on toll Plaza Hiwar gaon pawasa on Khed Sinnar expressway. Maharashtra.
