Issues: My vehicle fast-tag has been charged when my vehicle parked in my house parking at at Navayuga Bangalooru toll gate.

This is a fraud act happend on my vehicle fasttag please look in to the issue

The message is received has been given below.
Rs.30 paid at Navayuga Bangalooru Tollway for KA02MJ5236 on[protected]:35:26 with ICICI Bank FASTag. Bal Rs.41. Call [protected] for dispute

I have enter from KMP Western peripheral Asoda toll plaza haryana at 7:45 am on 24 May, 2023. But as soon i enter the toll I was feeling not well and stop my car on toll for next 5 min . After that I exit from same toll back at 7:53 am just after 7-8 min due to health issue . But on 26 may 2023 I got the message of deduction of 190/- rs of this time. What is this. No one can I'll .. and same entry exit within 10 min and toll deducted 190/- why ? How? Kindly return this toll amount .

I was with my family at kiranj toll plaza I showed my Dhbvn Card they said it’s not acceptable, i said it is applicable at all other tolls and I’m going and showing it from past 2-3 day’s but he said no then i was showing my fastag but this person started passing comments and misbehaved with me ! I don’t know if I’m paying such heavy toll fees can’t the staff be educated and polite? Or is it that I’ve to file a complaint on toll plaza or against the company to make them remember the consumer right’s

I work with National Insurance Company as an advocate/investigator and we want weight of oil tanker no NL01-N-9318, which passed the Korai toll plaza Agra on[protected] towards Agra, because said tanker got overturn near Shamsabad and oil spread on road side ditch. The loss of oil claim is reported to National Insurance Company and government money is involved in this claim, so please tell the weight of said tanker at the time of crossing toll.

I had raised a complain with complain no. 7028860 on[protected] against a fasttag deduction of Rs.130/- at Nazirakhat toll plaza of Assam for a journey not conducted by my vehicle no. AS02X5535. I had raised the complaint by calling the helpline no. 1033 on the same day. I had uploaded all the required images through WhatsApp except the back side of RC as the same was not available in my mobile at that time and I stayed away from my home. So, on[protected] I had raised a fresh complaint again with complain no. 7166482 by submitting all the documents through WhatsApp. But my complaint has been closed without refunding the amount by saying that I have submitted the documents lately.

3 lanes of toll were blocked due to the negligence of employees. We had to wait for 10 minutes and were intended to switch lanes again and again. Due to the malfunction of some cars whole lanes were troubled. This was needed to be managed but it wasn’t so.

I have been travelling between Bangalore and Chennai via Krishnagiri, but see that the toll roads have not been developed for almost 4 years but they charge for the bad roads in 2 toll booths.
1. Chennasamaduram Toll of Rs 45 &
2. SriPerumbadur Toll of Rs 50

Also it adds to travel time and not seen any progress in these 2 toll stretch and wanted the NHAI to look into this issue.

There is a huge rock and a road patch in between kasepally toll plaza and Gates Institute of technology Gooty, this had been so many months might be an year since it has been not fixed, many incidents happened and few lost lives as well, There us no hazard boards as i remembered, I humbly request Highway authorities to look into it and please respond on the situation and Saves many lives, Thank you.

Complaint for toll plaza extra charge and sensor issue. Today ( 21st May 2023) crossing chengalpat toll plaza in my private car your government fixed rate Rs. 60/- but toll plaza not working sensor, cash mode single trip collected 70/- and include penalty charge Rs 70/- total Rs. 140/-. How to encourage our government. Kindly verify this toll plaza and return my payment include your side how many days delay include penalty pay.

Today 21st May when we were crossing Khed sinnar expressway of Pune Nasik Highway. We were waited for 18 minutes at toll due to toll issue. When we asked to remove barrier as per rule i.e wait time is more than 10 minutes. Executive started misbehaving and asked “kar do complaint jahan karni ho”. Which is very shocking.

Need action by NHAi on toll Plaza Hiwar gaon pawasa on Khed Sinnar expressway. Maharashtra.

My car number is BR01FE5789 I was cross the toll plaza on 13 may they cut amount from fastag and also take from me by cash.i inform to authority but the did not care about my money. Kindly solve the problme.

The days are very hot 🥵 to live. The plants ☘️ were planted beside the national highways but the maintenance of those plants were not taken by the toll plaza authorities. The toll plaza authorities should be take care of the plants upto they fully grown. The government takes serious action on toll plaza to grow(water) the plants into 🌴 trees but they were die within one month of after plantation. I am requesting the government to grow the plants not by just planting and leaving. I hope this will resolved and temperatures were come down.

We are hearding to words fast tag lain and we have interned in the yellow line approx 3 min. As per rule only 10 sec is allowed only . But naw also they cited my toll of amount= 160

Meri gadi no. Mp09cw6884 Jo ki rajasthan ke narsana toll pr toll krmiya dwara double toll singal journey 55 rs ki he or toll karmiya dwara muje 110 rs cash liye or 55 fastag se bhi kat liye or toll karmiyo se puche pr bol rhe he ki apke fastag me balance nhi he jabki mere fastag me 350 rs ka balance tha fir bhi muje double toll liya or fastag se bhi kat liya toll

I thought I should write this up as a responsible citizen and hence I am raising the same.
I have witnessed this several times that private vehicles with a sticker/board calling out "POLICE" mainly belonging to junior police personnel having Inspector or below ranks while not on duty getting toll free access through the Vip/Exempted lanes of all the toll plazas across West Bengal(not sure of other states).I find this as a completely unlawful activity.To the best of my understanding and knowledge police personnel on duty and travelling in government owned vehicles can only access the toll free facilities.I request the competent authorities to please take appropriate actions on the same and stop loosing legitimate revenue from toll taxes.

I have entered at Dasna toll gate entry with my Wagon R UP37F0687, on the date 19/5/23 approx 7 am, this car is not Generally being used by me so i doubted that my fast tag have a balance so i pushed button to collect entry slip but slip didn't came out the official at gate opened the gate saying I don't need entry slip and he made my entry. While I came at exit point baghpat/mavikalan at around 7:40 am‚ they asked me to show entry slip I told them what the story was and offer them double charge 65*2=130 rupees but he didn't accept . He asked me 490 rupees because I don't have entry slip & he harrassed me after insisting he asked at least 270 rupees had to be paid for exit but due to long Que he took 150 rupees insteed of double charge(130 rupees) .
It was totally toll plaza management's fault as I pushed button to collect slip failing which I also asked for entry slip from official but he didn't give me saying I wouldn't need it at exit. Then why the official at exit point misbehaved me and asked me for illegal charges ?
I have never experienced this types of rude behavior by any toll official till date and continuously visiting Eastern peripheral expressway using my another car up 15 bq 2121.
Please take some actions on such toll operator. Thanks & regard.

In toll plaza, Dehradun to Saharanpur in Sayyad Majra, your toll plaza officer behaviour is very rude. They are not work properly and your sensors aren't also working properly.
He talk very roughly with the customer and driver.

Collecting the toll amount when the NH is already in under high way construction

On Sunday, 14th May, 2023, when my family and i was coming to Delhi from Khatu Shyam by my car Alto K10- DL9CBA6860 then at Shahjahanpur toll (Rajasthan) we were waiting for more than 5 minutes on toll in a queue they deduct my toll charges even after make them know about 10 seconds rule on toll. After that one person came out and said "toll toh dena padega" then my father asked him to call the manager then his words like "Abe mai hi hu manager" the manager of the toll both misbehaved with my father (Sub
inspector in Delhi Police), although my father is 59 years old. He also abuse my mother. After a long arguments he threatened me that i have noted down your car number and and said "Dekhlunga bhen****d tujhe beech me se faad dunga". It's my request kindly take a strict action against within reasonable time otherwise i will file a petition in the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In this complaint, I want my refund of toll and compensation of at least 10, 000 INR because of misbehavior with a Government officer and an Advocate of Delhi High Court
