I travelled from pimpalgaon (Nh-3) thru lane 6 on 30.05.2019 time is 5.56 pm
Ticket number is 688239 is issued to me to passed this toll (From pimpalgoan to nashik.) they charged me rs. 140/- only for less than 20km travel.
This charges is not justified. I was tol that nashik passing vehicle will charged rs.40/- and other than nashik will be charged rs.140/- why this?
Request you to look into the matter and get resolved...

On 2.6.19 at 13.10 hrs. I exited at maujpur (Haryana) toll plaza with my car up14dz2391 on eastern peripheral expressway showing return journey ticket that was issued to me at duhai (Ghaziabad) on 1.6.19 at around 22 hrs.
That means no money should have been deducted at maujpur but rs. 155 was deducted from my fastag account. Please

I am an army officer travelling on june 2, 2019 for posting to kashmir valley. I travelled by road in my car through gvk thikarya expressway toll booth around 4:00 p. M. I showed my identity card but they refused to exempt me. They did not say anything for their refusal. I waited around 20 minutes. A huge convoy of vehicles built up behind me till then. I was passing from surajbari toll plaza they charged twice one on fast tag and cash both.
I think there is no balance in my paytm wallet so paid cash on toll plaza but when i came to home i noticed that they charged twice for single pass one on fast tag and another on cash.

Waited for 7 minutes in queue on toll. As per law, if i wait for more than 3 minutes, they must allow to cross. I have waited for more than 6 minutes. I had faced it 10 times on the same toll. Fasttag is used to reduce time on travelling, i was at hattargi toll plaza in fast lane
But i was asked for money as their equipment was not working properly and even the non-holders of fasttag entered the lane
When we (Fasttagers) enter in money lane we are not scanned for the fasttag even if they have equipment.

Toll tax rate has been increased from 60 to 65 rs one side, however the highway road condition are very poor. It seems that no money has been invested by government on the nh highway.

Enroute from bulandshahr to ghaziabad the toll plaza near sikandrabad doesn’t have a dedicated lane for fastag users. Its a routine that all trucks or small vehicles without having fasttag enter into the fastag lane and thus create delay. I have a fastag on my car but to cross the toll we still stand in queue. They force to the people to pay. Many of people face the problem.
