After pay cash a deduction from fast card was made by transaction no.[protected].

i request you kindly look into above matter may it was happened with me in multiple cases

The nhai toll way o[censored]lundurpet expressways in vikravandi toll is not allowing the supdt cgst, if on official tour.
the cadre is a central govt. gazatted one and there no provision of official vehicle, we travel to chennai officially and at times in private cars as there is no provision of official car to this cadre.
when all the other expressways are allowing only this vikrawandi is not allowing the exemption, even if the officer is showing the official ID himself.
it appears that only this booth is demanding toll fee for official visit of the cgst officers when they travel. other tolls in the city viz. chennai and enroute to chennai allow.
kindly instruct them to allow as our claim is genuine.

NH24 in sitapur district is in very bad situation, near the kanva khera road .this may result into accident any time.
please repare that portion of road immediately.

(this road is under construction for 8-9 years, and work is stopped 4-5 years ago.road is repaired 1 year ago.but above mentioned portion is in very bad condition.as this part is also junction of 2 roads is highly needed to be repaired.)

I crossed the Toll Plaza from Bangalore city leading to the Kempegowda International Airport on 18 Jun 2019 at 8-32 pm and paid Rs 135.00 for the return journey; Ticket No [protected].
I returned around 12-16 am on 19 Jun 2019. My car BMW X5, KA 03 NC 8190 has a Fastag sticker. While I showed my return toll ticket, I was also charged Rs 90.00 vide Fastag .
SMS detail:
Dear Customer, Your SBI FASTag Account ending with A0AC0 Vehicle Number: WBAKS4704H0Y21403 has been debited Rs.90 for Toll Charges at Devanahalli Toll Plaza on 19-Jun-2019 12:16:01 AM Available Balance is Rs.1749

I have been charged an additional amount of Rs 90.00 which must be refunded.

This query is regarding NHAI toll plaza Srinagar, Palwal, Haryana.
I was travelling with my mother from Palwal to Mathura on 15/06/2019, saturday and at the toll plaza it took me 45 minutes to reach to the counter due to heavy traffic jam. Then I requested that particular employee to free my vehicle as i waited for more than 3 minutes on the toll plaza, he did not opened the door and also behaved unprofessionally with my mother. Then I paid the return fare and moved from that place. Later, in night of the same day when I was returning back the same scenario happened. The time was exactly 11:00 pm in night and NHAI toll employees were hanging out with their co employees regardless of n number of vehicles waiting in the queue, and when I asked them about the reason for delay they replied rudely that this will go according to this way only you can do whatever you want. After a few minutes of arguement around 2-3 man came wearing dress of NHAI. They started shouting and abusing. They were totally irresponsible, uneducated and rude. They even misbehaved with my mother. In compulsion I had to leave that place as it was midnight. During the whole scenario none of your employees or any police staff came. Even the employee who was deployed at the counter was laughing and enjoying.
I request you to please look into this matter and if you are not able to do it then I have to adopt other legal way .

In this connection, kindly download attached file of The Gazette of India Notification No. 79 dated 12 Jan 2015 under which Border Roads Organisation (General Reserve Engineer Force) gone under Ministry of Defence.

Sir, we are not getting facilities exemption on toll plaza on NHAI & Yamuna Express way but, Army personnel are getting the exemption on toll plaza on NHAI and Yamuna Express Way. Hence, I request you kindly look into the matter and instruct to Toll Plaza of NHAI and Yamuna Express Way for exemption on Toll to GREF personnel. For this act of kindness, we will ever grateful to you.

I was travelling from Delhi to Sikandrabad via Ghaziabad-Ali garh toll plaza on 17th june 2019 about 21:00pm. I have to wait more then 10 mins there and told the executive available there that I am waiting more then 3 mins and not eligible to pay toll. rudely he reply that you pay and do CASE on us. I was about to attend a marriage so in hurry I paid return toll. same day about 23:03pm I returned and again waiting about 10mins at same toll. both ways video available. I request to refund my paid amount and penalize the culprits to stop harness to others as well.

I am assistant bridge engineer in kartarpur corridor project in cemosa . The qualities of material used in the project not up to morth standard .and culvert and hpc have used loose concrete as the key person and surveyor also involved . So I not able to send on my company letter head . please make a inquiry committee the contractor is ceigall India ltd . Please take necessary against all the person. There are fake sign and bill passed also happened

On 29 may 2019 I have gone from suratgarh to bikaner with my family. There were three toll plaza. My father is in suratgarh military station working in M.E.S department he is exempted from toll tax. But still we were forced to pay tax in all three toll plaza. We shown toll tax card and also told them that we travelled from suratgarh to ganganagar many times. There also have one toll plaza. we have never paid there. Please I request you to conduct an immediate enquiry.

I frequently travel by car from Chennai to Kulithalai.

Chengalpattu (Paranur ), Tindivanam (Athur) and Thirupparaidurai tolls are not having separate lane for Fastag. Always it's taking very long waiting time to clear these tolls.

Staffs are very rude in all the above mentioned Toll gates, especially while telling them it's fatag.

kindly look onto these issues.

Description of Incident - Though our vehicle has FASTag, I intend to use manual lane for toll payment, where I did pay toll for Double side and got the receipt, in return when i gave the receipt, toll agent told me amount got deducted using RFID, then I questioned the agent that I haven't used FASTag lane then how toll payment will be done using FASTag ID. I thought only in return my payment was done through RFID. When enquired and spoke with staff in the toll plaza office later, it came to my notice that toll was collected using RFID for Double trip. That is collected in both forms, 1) using RFID & 2) I payed manually cash.
When I questioned staff regarding once RFID collected the toll, then how can he issue manual receipt through cash for same vehicle at same time. Don't you think payment systems were setup with bad logic, because single vehicle can pass the toll plaza only one time at same time not two times for same time. When RFID systems were not working properly, how toll plaza installed RFID in all lanes. This clearly indicates some kind of scam, I raised a request to ICICI FASTag, but still amount was not returned or credited back to my account.
NOTE:- When I told the staff, I will complain, they don't even care about it and to my surprise they told me "You can complain to anyone, if you want", which shows irresponsibility of the staff towards customers.

Fastag has been made compulsory for all new registration of vehicles. And the main advantage of this tag is to avoid long queued at toll booths. But it's not been made possible at Toll booth at Kumbalam, Kerala. A lane has to be kept seperate for vehicles with valid fastag. If that is not the case, what is the advantage of this tag?This is already implemented at Palieyekkara toll booth, Thrissur, Kerala. The same has to be implemented at Kumbalam, Kerala.

This has been noticed that yesterday (07.06.2019) I have crossed Shambhu Toll Plaza near ambala from Ludhiana Towards Delhi around 19 20 from express fast tag lane.

However I have to be charged one time ie Rs 70 for one passing I has been charged twice with in less than 30 min.

Detail of the both transactions is as below.

(Genuine)Paid Rs. 70 for vehicle reg. no 'HR07R2383' at Sambhu Toll Plaza on[protected]:20:02. For future reference toll txn Id:[protected].

(Proxy) Paid Rs. 35 for vehicle reg. no 'HR07R2383' at Sambhu Toll Plaza on[protected]:54:18. For future reference toll txn Id:[protected].

I have already registered a complaint on toll free no 1033 reference no 698289.

I am in shock and fear that this proxy attempt could also lead come criminal activity.

So please investigate this matter on top priority and let culprit have to pay off.

Dear Sir i am citizen of India . yesterday i go ludhiana to pathankot . i am very upset to see the roads jalandhar to pathankot road is in very bad condition and tell you this is toll road . this is disgusting . kindly tight the company who take toll from us and push pressure on then to repair the road in certain time limit and put plenty on them . I am a resident at Tripunithura who frequently uses NH85 from Gandhi square to Petta Region, Since the start of road work in this region at least 2 deaths has undergone as the state of road is bad. Please do the needful to finish this work as soon as this work feels like never ending. Almost half of the road is already occupied for the work and the block in this region is increasing too. All accident happened where to 2 wheelers, of which one was a young lady who had a small child. Expecting a concern on the situation, I saw the bodies of them after the accident none of them where overspending as it was impossible at the time of hour due to number of vehicles at road.

My office is located at mepz, tambaram and I'm travelling from maduravoyal to tambaram daily through porur toll plaza. For the past 2 weeks, everyone who travel across the toll are facing so much of traffic at both morning and evening. We can't able to tolerate the heat this summer and we are waiting for around 1.30 - 2 hrs to get through this. This is something that can't be left unnoticed as the people suffering a lot because of this. Please...

I would like to bring attention to the national highway authorities to take action agianst bad road condition in velappanchavadi and vanagaram signal area (chennai). Because of the bad road condition, heavy traffic is mounting every day and our vehicle getting damage. Water tank lorries are spilling water on the roads, so that the road is getting damage often. Hence, I request government to lay road with cement blocks so that the road life may extend for several years.

My father is a gov. Employee in cod kanpur as fire brigade officer . Indian goverment gives him relaxation in toll tax but the barajod toll plaza kanpur dehat forced him to pay toll tax . This is against to the NHAI toll tax policy.i requested to NHAI to take action against to this toll plaza . Mannerless person appoint there . They talked to the passenger very rudely . Plzz change the contractor of this toll plaza.

Dear Sir,
I am working in Mahindra world city. Daily I was travelling from Chengalpattu to Madhavaram crossing Porur Toll plaza. From evening 6.30 to cross this Porur Toll we were waiting 1hour minimum. Why can't allow free passing atleast during evening peak office hours. We are literally struggling to reach home daily. Kindly take some necessary actions to avoid this traffic. Highway is meant to travel soon but this frustrating everyone a lot daily. Please take this complaint seriously and provide a trouble free travelling for us.Respect people time this Highway is not helpful people only making us angry every time we cross here.
