Yesterday night on nh48 khed shivapur toll plaza pune, there was the traffic of near about 4 km. As per the new rules, if traffic gets stuck more than 3 mins, the toll is exempted and toll booth should be open. It was taking 22mins to pass the toll. Even after such a huge traffic jam toll was not exempted nor they stopped taking the toll. The barriers were still blocking the traffic.

Namaste iam using fastag to pay toll fee.
The problem am having is, if i return same day i endup paying two single journeys using fastag. If i pay for two side that is to and fro journey i pay less (Fee is lass than two single journeys)

Eg. Toll fee in devanahalli tollbooth is
Rs 85 for single journey and rs125 for return journey if i use fast tag for return journey i endup paying rs 170.
Can you find a solution

This is in regard to nh-44 (Kunjwani-nagrota). The respective highway has almost been completed but still two stretches are incomplete one near sainik colony and other just before sidhra. It has been so many years but looks like nhai has forgotten these two parts because of which it creates nuisance and has led to many number of accidents leading to damage to vehicles and in some cases to the person also at the former one as it's very busy during early morning and during daytime because of many number of school buses going through that two lane road of the otherwise four lane highway that is nh 44. Kindly take up this matter and complete the pendingf work

Its a big shame to NHAI.

In recent times many peoples met with an accent and died due to the NHAI negligence to fail maintaining proper danger board signs at Vizag 6 lines National Highway works.

If NHAI not sleep mode they will figure out issue, whether if this a contract work NHAI need to take action on the contractors and punish them.

If NHAI also not taking any action its the mistake of the NHAI only not the contractor.

Hope to NHAI will take action on this.

Why minor and blinds travelling in highway on individual family owned car not exempted for toll charges. Unfair and clear discrimination of disabled. Earlier it was allowed now the harrassment metted is high and NHAI should take corrective measures. At least for people carrying govt disabled certificate.

Earlier we were allowed to pass without any harassing but now a days inspite carrying a valod document, we were made to wait in the line and harassment start.

I dont understand how a disabled minor can be allowed to any vehicle be it modified or not or even a poor blind person..if their family need to take them to higher treatment they need to pay complete toll which is clear discrimination of Human rights.

I stay in paranur, today 18 may i have used paranur toll plaza to visit chengalpet. Usually local pass is rs 30, but they charged my fasttag with 60 rupees. The same happed on 2nd may too. When i ask the guy in ticketing no reply.. Why i have been charged extra for local commute...
During my return i explained everything to the manager there then i have been charged 30 for return. But no answer for the excess fee received and also no refund for it.

The stretch on nh4 from pune to satara is very busy throughout the year. However for reasons unknown work on 4 flyovers in this stretch in dragging on for almost 5 years now. Add to this the major hurdle one faces at the toll plazas-khedshivapur and anewadi. More pronounced is the congestion at khedshivapur toll due to the long unfinished flyover. The distance of just 110kms takes 3 hours which is absolute waste of fuel and time.

Request nhai to please update regarding completion date of the 4 flyovers.

The congestion in omr is more due to the large number of it companies ans apartments. More and more people are using the road everyday to go to their offices. Having two tolls there is very cumbersome for the everyday commuters. It's not a highway anymore per se, it has become a residential and it corridor.

Please remove the tolls from omr to provide better and fast commute time and experience for the people.

Sir i am complaining about toll plaza near khed shivapur on mumbai bangalore highway. The road work is not completed and yet they are there taking toll. There is lot of traffic every day because of the toll plaza and they are not equipped to tackle the traffic. So request you to abolish the toll till road work is fully completed and we are free of traffic congestion.

Trichy district srirangam-karur mayanur road should be take action to the wiiden extend converted into four lane road. There are accidents and crashes in this road. There are heavy vehicles is come go travel on this narrow two way road and in the mean time two wheeler travellers is come go while travel to create the traffic jams congestions are causing dangerous accidents and crashes. Therefore central govt of national highways department of india and two district state govt of municipal corporation department will have to take quick actions steps to widen extend and built the narrow centre median walls of between in this highway road. Road when reason is, it effects trichy-karur road extending works. But same time second railway track work to form another way. Is ftherefore so i please ask request you to two district municipal corporation officers and national highways officers will have take quick actions definitely compulsory steps to widen extend in this road

Sir/madam,

This is a request regarding the remission of toll fees within the 5km of the destination from the toll booth. I know there is a clause addressing this and we can always make monthly pass. But around 300 bucks on monthly basis really adds upto the inflation. Moreover i'm a farmer i cannot assure that i can pay the fees every month.
Hereby i propose cancellation of toll fees for the locals or locals of certain sections.

As far as common knowledge there should not be any speed breakers on a national highway, but nh50 from vijayapura to kalaburagi there are way too many and too large and unscientific speed breakers no sign boards specifically between vijayapura district, honutgi, shivangi, devar hippargi, jeratagi, moratagi, mandeval.. Please rectify them and take necessary step to ensure proper utilisation of highway, if needed make scientific speed breakers with sign boards which don't damage vehicles

Plz sir defence chowkidar &driver defence ki 24 hours duty karta hai, chowkidar or driver indian navy kay under ata hai usko baki defence civilian jisa chuti nahi hota saturday, sunday kaam karta hai, chowkidar or driver ko duty dena he hota hai, chowkidar emergency security department mi ata hai desh ki sava o bhi karta hai sir plz chowkidar or driver ko toll tax exemption karo sir plz request sir plz

I was travelling towards ernakulam, kerala by nh544 on 11th may, 2019. We confronted a huge traffic block at paliyekkara toll plaza and we have been made to wait around 15mins. So i refused to pay the toll. On returning from ernakulam, we encountered another long queue at the same place, so i opted to move through fasttag lane. But, i have been blocked by showing "black listed" on the screen. We were made to wait more than 10mins, following that i refused to pay toll since the maximum waiting time is 2min 50sec, and i drove away. But, got a mail that a toll amount of rs 70 has been deducted from my fast tag account.

What is this sir!!

Is this justice!!

I am requesting a refund and an action against the toll collecting company.

Just wanted to bring to your kind notice that the functioning of this toll is below average. As per the directives of the sc of india, the maximum waiting time at a toll should not be more than 3 minutes. Today, i had to wait for more than 10 minutes and not just today, everyday there is abnormal waiting time.
For rush hours, two people, apart from the booth area should be collecting toll, for the sake of efficiency.
Many times it is found that these people refuse to accept payments via paytm or other e-wallets.in today's time and era, when the pm himself has been insisting on shifting to a cashless economy, the corollaries of the govt. Such as yourself has been discouraging the citizens by such acts.
Even the tag lanes and smart card users aren't very happy with the services.

Exemption from payment o[censored]ser fee in case of a mechanical vehicle specially designed and constructed for use of a person suffering from some physical defect or disability.

Rc of my vehicle indicated "invalid carriage", the dc traffic has issued a car sticker stated "disable person". Road tax & excise duty had been exempted.

All the toll plaza going from delhi to punjab denied exemption fee even after showing the disable government hospital certificate from aiims. One start feeling humiliated and uncomfortable.

When the supervisor is is consulted. He denies such exemption does exist and have to pay the toll fees. The contention of the supervisor was i should get a car exemption sticker from nat. Highways authority of india.

Pls. Inform me if such car sticker is available for disable and state the procedure on how to acquire the sticker. Note car is driven by disable person only.

This is to inform you that your toll employees behaved like a rowdy, as they allowed many vehicles without paying money i was asked about why you are not collecting money from them, and why yiy are asking from us they stared speaking in telagu rowdy which i didn't understand, i also demanded to allow me to go freely but theie behaviours make me fear at the time

This morning on 13 may 2019, i was on ropar to chandigarh national highway and on nhai kurali toll plaza there was a long queue and i had to wait for 11 minutes for my turn in queue. As per the rules customer is not supposed to pay for toll if customer had to wait in queue for more than 3 minutes. When i asked for toll executive to open the gate and i told him that its a rule that no one is supposed to pay if a person has to wait for more than 3 minutes.

But that toll barrier executive argued and denied that there is so rule and forcefully charged me the toll amount.

Please check and ask them to refund the amount to me next time and pay for the compensation on time wastage.

दिनांक ११/०५/१९ को १७ बजे मै परिवार सहित नागपूर से जामसवाली दर्शन के लिए जा रहा था। केलवद टोल नाका पर भुगतान करके जैसे ही गाड़ी आगे बढ़ाई अचानक एक अनजान व्यक्ति मेरी सीट के पास उपस्थित हुआ और जोर जोर से गालियां देते हुए दरवाजा खोलने कहने लगा विंडो खोलने पर वह और जोर से चिलाने लगा कि "मैंने उसकी गाड़ी को कट मारा है।" वह खूब शराब पिए हुए था और आस पास का कोई अराजक तत्व था। इतने में एक टोल कर्मचारी कहने लगा " गाड़ी साइड में लगाओ और आपस में निपट लो। क्युकी मेरे साथ माता पिता और परिवार की महिला सदस्य थी इसलिए हम किसी विवाद में नहीं पड़ना चाहते थे। हमने वहां से निकल जाना ही सही समझा। इस घटना क्रम के दौरान कार के आस पास कुछ लोग जमा हो गए थे और वह अराजक तत्व रुपए ऐठने के प्रायास में था।
शाम ७ बजे के करीब वापसी में इसी नाके पर एक कार के यात्रियों का उन्हीं अराजक तत्वों के साथ झगडा हो रहा था, मौके पर पुलिस भी पहुंच गई थी। मैंने कार के भीतर से ही टोल कर्मचारी से पूछा कि यहां ऐसा ही चलता है क्या, तो उसने कहा "हा"।
उक्त घटनाओं से स्पष्ट है इस टोल नाके पर बाहरी तत्व गुंडागर्दी कर यात्रियों से अवैध वसूली का काम कर रहे है और इसमें नाका कर्मचारियों की मिलीभगत है या उनकी धमकी से डर कर उच्च अधिकारियों को बता नहीं पा रहे है। भविष्य में किसी भी प्रकार की अनहोनी/घटना न हो इस हेतु आप से निवेदन है कि कृपया नाके पर सुरक्षा का पर्याप्त प्रबंध हो। ऐसे असामाजिक तत्वों को नाके पर आने से रोका जाएं।

Toll bhatwada toll plaza, gujarat, nh 47.
They have made separate lane for fastag equipped vehicles, but that lane is always kept closed. Now i have to stand in other lanes which are cash+fastag, but again their fastag radars not working, finally i have to pay via cash.
This is serious issue, what is the use of fastag then?
Please penalize the toll plaza operating agency and instruct them to make fastag payment a seamless experience for the travellers.
