Either shops or lorry weighing station should be closed.

Madurai, alagappanagar - lorry weighing scale is in front of shops may lead to accident. No parking facilities, barricade is kept disturbing motorist. Madurai corporation should take action. While weighing the long container lorries, vehicles there is 15 mins traffic jam on nh7. Please take action and prevent the major road accidents.

I am a defence employee. I provided octroi certificate for toll free transportation of personal items from ramanathapuram to porbandar. I also provided toll tax exemption certificate with all goi letters written on it duly stamped and signed from my office. On 08 apr 18 toll office at omalur denied passing of truck despite producing certificate. When driver called me, i talked to toll supervisor on phone but he too didn't solved the problem and allowed only after receiving toll tax.

The operative at Devihalli Hassan Tollway Limited extracted cash from me as toll telling fastag was not working, and amount got debited from my fastag account too leading to double charging me. Moreover, they are allowing non-fastag vehicles also in fastag lane, and not charging the prescribed penalty for non-fastag vehicles getting in fastag lane.

Sir, under ss scheme, the laying of road is going on in the way between the village rengasamuthiram and renganathapurm in aundipatty taluk, theni district, tamilnadu state. The work must be temporarily suspended because due to village festival the village is heavily crowded and more vehicles are going for conveyance. The work also presents much hardship and trouble to us. Secondly the quality of laying road is not up to the standard. It is very poorly being carried out. Thirdly it is done hastily due to the unexpected crowd gathering for village festival. More importantly, inspire of our repeated requests the concerned authority turned deaf ear to us. Hence i kindly request you to take necessary steps and to pass appropriate order directing the concerned authority to suspend the work temporarily till the festival is over.

Please find details pic, security guard did not allows us to pass through fasteg lane while he allowed some personal vehicle known to him. Even behaved rudely. It’s situated at nh-48 before belgaon. I believe all toll need to have some process to follow and if some one not following it’s need to be punish strictly. I am very much positive to get action on my complaint. Thanks

I am traveling frequently from kamkole toll plaza most of the the times waiting time is
More than 10 minutes. On 04/04/2018 at 3.10 pm same repeated i went to l&t office to ask regarding long waiting time they told we have to wait otherwise send a complaint to nhai so please let me know the procedures and rules and please sort out the problem on this route.

Local tall complain not returns pay sleep. And highway tall time limit of my location of jetpur pithadiya tall and i every day paased to tall plaza. My mind every time confuse. Why tall plaza 10 rupees ricipt is not give me. What can i do solved this po problem. And i want to appropriate reason. To this happend. As a indian citizen solved my matter...

W wish to inform you that the the tolls between barnala to chandigarh was operational from last six months but still fast tag not in operation, no card payment, increase the trip price without intimation and lack o[censored]tilities on toll booths.
They force to pay in cash and not issuing the day pass. Please look into the matter because of every consumer pay more due to lack of services and they charged more for his benefit.

I was on khirki daulat toll and was stuck in jam from 30 min, thought my father was feeling serious chest pain and when i called on no. [protected] for helping and let the line free as per rule, person who was on other side talked very rude and said u get ambulance i[censored] need to be fast. I was shoked on his humanity and when i said i will complaint he said go ahead i don't care. Please choose right person for right post

I am a user of fast tag (Vehicle no. Tn 66 t 0076). I am using fast tag service since january 18.in this regard, i regret to inform you that during my journey from chennai to coimbatore on 30.03.18 at 23.07 hrs while crossing pallikonda toll plaza which is maintained by m/s. Krishnagiri walajahpet tollway ltd., i requested the staff and management of pallikonda toll plaza to allow my vehicle to pass toll gate by using fast tag device service. However, they didn't allow me to use fast tag device and insisted to pay cash. Despite they vulgarly scolded me in front of my customer and other travellers. This incident was most embarrassing. Because of this incident i have been forced to remove the fast tag device from my vehicle and lost confidence over using this digital device. This device instead of save time and give pleasure, gives insults. Therefore, i kindly request you to take stringent action against the management of pallikonda toll plaza and please inform me the further actions. Thanking you.

One flyover bridge work is going on national highway no.8 near kim, surat, this work is going from last 8 months but still there is no any progress, public is getting so much herressed due to this work. Development should be always for comfort of people nor for herressment. At present our half hour is getting wasted due to this work, so i request you to complete the work as soon as possible or do some alternative arrangements so that public time should not be wasted due to the development.

Sir due my job and present posting i have to cross ban toll daily to and fro and have to pay₹ 175/- per day. Is there any way of relief or so. Those who are daily commuters are facing financial burden which may kindly be looked after enabling the public to get some relief. An early redress shall be solicited. Further it takes more than 3 mts to pass the toll which could get quick if more passes are given to commuters and which also requires less human intervention with regard

We are from beruwa in the parallel road of maithi tool plaza when we r coming to nh 57 the unauthorised tool plaza asked to submit tax. And there behaviour is very wrost... So kindly take action on this type of services... Because there is no tool plaza on side road before is there legal or unlegal. Kindly infrom. If legal then the worst behaviour with customers is right...

Koganoli toll plaza (Belguam district karnataka state) most of the day not accepting debit card for paying toll amount... Suppose if vehicle is in 4th lane then they blindly saying that amount receiving machine is on 2nd lane.. Or the receiving machine is out of order.. Vice versa... This is the way to run way from current situation... Pls do the need full... The behiever of worker also very bad...

As we passing from national highway agra, we are standing in a que for around 7 to 9 min. When i refused to pay toll as law passed by government no toll after 3 min waiting, they started misbehaving. And act as gundas... I ask them is this national highway, they refused, when i ask then why u wear nhai uniforms they reply company give us thats why we wear.. They said do what u want to do.. These rules are not for us... You have to pay toll after the wait of 1 hour also...

The fencing and boundary walls on the nh-4, mumbai pune expressway have been breached in a number of places and vehicles are plying illegally on the expressway even on the wrong side of the highway. This is happening on a daily basis in the stretch between pune and lonavala. You will see a number of 2-wheelers on the expressway between pune and lonavala; some local villagers taking a shortcut and driving on the wrong side of the expressway. Please initiate strict action against the relevant people or contracting companies before the expressway is converted to another city road!!!

Sir, please tell me one thing do i need to pay toll tax to go from ward 2 to ward 1 in my city. This is matter of big shame for us as person standing at toll plaza misbehave badly, without uniform, uses abusive language. The toll plaza on nh 80 near dav public school, lakhisarai. Please take serious action against them and remove the toll plaza as it is lying between 2 wards of a city.

My car no. Ap29ay2322. I'm registered fasttag with hdfc account. ₹1100 balance is there. But they were not allowed me. Saying not registered. Just now i enquired with hdfc fasttag customer service. They said account is active. Pls solve my problem as early as possible.
