Dear sir,
We would like to bring you kind notice the road blockage and capture of pwd road by big hotel bijay dhaba, cuttack, orissa,. He used the nh road for its business purpose as for parking of vehicles under illegal way. The people of bhanpur, cuttack village had also demonstrate by years and its all goes in vain. As it your department came for this and thoroughly crossed this site, it seems owner has"setting" with department and violating the laws. Sir as on few days nhai department fencing the front side of bijay dhaba, (As he personally used for parking of his customers) nh area by fencing wall but bijay dhaba owner damaged the fencing wall by power of 'gunda' and local big people. And also proof of that all villagers know, but no one say about that, he also threatening to villagers if any body rage his voice. We the villagers of bhanpur village are also going to media for disclosing his unathuroised capture by pwd roads.
Sir we kindly requset you to again fencing the pwd road of national highway & villagers by help of police and violation by big hotel, bijay dhaba, po-bhanpur, cuttack, orissa

It is very difficult to travel on nh-927.
The whole road from mahi bridge to banswara is totaly damaged and full fill with water. Mainly in partapur city, people facing too much difficulties during traveling in city partapur. I added the picture of road.
I hope you will take action against it
It is very difficult for two wheelers to drive sir.
Accidents also takes place daily sir.

I traveled to khansoli village in churu district on 31st october via salasar highway from sikar district. As i was not aware of route, i crossed dhadhar toll plazza and paid 35 rupees toll. After driving 1 km from toll plazza, i asked a villager for route and he guided me that i just left the road just before toll plaza. So i returned back and asked toll authority to get me through, as i crossed toll plaza by mistake, but he denied and made me to pay another 35 rupees. My toll entry timmimg was 4.14 pm and 4.30 pm.

Iam an Ex-Service employee.Yesterday while travelling through Arror- Vytilla toll booth I was not exempted from paying toll even after producing the required identity card.The staff says ex service men are not exempted from toll fees anymore.Pls note I was exempted from the same few days ago how come these rules change suddenly and need to know whether there is any notice published by govt for the same.

It is very difficult to travel on nh-16.
Only near toll plaza there is two lights. But after that no light itself.
I have complained in redhills toll plaza.
But no response from them.
I hope you will take action against it
It is very difficult for two wheelers to drive sir.
Accidents also takes place daily sir.

National highway 233 which connect varanshi to azamgarh need to expedite work for making 4lane road. Sir we are very much disappointed due to delay in making road in our area nobody lives in village due to poor road and light facility. Sir we hope that when bjp came to up we will get road and light. It is very set back to people of chandwak bazaar as we do not have good road and light sir it the demand of youth and time to have 4:lane road very soon. Sir we do not have job and money to run our daily life sir u must intervene to make road fast.

The betl, toll system is poor and causes almost 30 minutes loss to customers especially fasttag holders. The staff there deliberately leave other vehicles via dedicated collecting money and sometimes issueing fake slips or no slips. This is a regular affair and has increased recently. I think it is a big scam to pilfer money. Somebody please look into it and organise things

Vehicle no: tn91c 5254. I have taken fastag facility from hdfc bank for crossing toll plaza for hasle free movement, normally when we cross a toll plaza and come back in 24 hours we are supposed to be charged for double fee which is slighlt lesser than single toll fee.

I used a toll plaza on 29th of oct 2017 which is between mdurai and melur and came back in the same day.. But i was charged twice the amount of single toll which is 75 rs two times instead of double charge.

Also to mention i was asked to wait for more than 5 minutes as their fastag sensor was not working.

Pls advice how to resolve this issue.

Hundreds of people in india are losing their life due to over speed vehicles accident. There is no government system to help immediate accident injured person for medical facilities and public also don’t care or help them as a result 70 percent accident crashed person die on the road.
I got right leg fractured in car accident at the place where deputy commissioner, police commissioner and judiciary complex is situated in mini secretariat smart city of ludhiana punjab. I could not get ambulance or any vehicle facilities or help to take me hospital approximate for one and half an hour even there are number of my known journalist and friends were present at the spot but nobody was ready to be witness of accident case. This is the scene situation where all the government officers are sitting and a man is suffering with pain after the accident on the road.
In india most of the fatal accidents occur due to over speeding, negligence, illiteracy and unplanned government road infrastructure.in over speeding it is natural psyche of humans to excel and achieve infinity in speed. It is clear when we are sharing the road with other users we will always remain behind some or other road vehicle. If this law is broken increase in speed multiplies the risk of accident and severity of injury during accident. Faster vehicles are more prone to accident than the slower one and the severity of accident will also be more in case of faster vehicles. At high speed the vehicle needs greater distance to stop. A slower vehicle comes to halt immediately while faster one takes long way to stop and also skids a long distance due to law of notion. A vehicle moving on high speed will have greater impact during the crash and hence will cause more injuries.
In india there are more than nine road accidents that kill three people every ten minutes in 2015 according to new national data an increase of nine percent over four years. Although human perception of highway safety is often misplaced and inaccurate personal judgment of one’s own driving is a leading cause of mishaps, better road geometry with accurate speed limit determinants can, in fact, lead to uniformity and better enforcement. Road contractors are indirectly allowed to avoid liability in case of any accident due to improper road design.
Due to illiteracy and negligence of the citizens which is one of the important factors especially in india the law fails to have its impact if the citizen doesn’t support it till everyone should understand his responsibility in adhering to the laws because it is for their benefit. Drivers having over speeding, violation of rules, failure to understand signs, rash driving, fatigue and alcohol, pedestrian having carelessness, illiteracy, crossing at wrong places moving on carriageway joywalkers. There are numerous cases just like this and people do not care for the safety of others on the roads.
We find everywhere in our country pathetic conditions of roads are also responsible for the increasing rate of accident fatalities. There are potholes, damaged road, diversions, illegal speed breakers and eroded road merging of rural roads with high way.in this way road conditions are not improving with the rate of increasing rate of vehicles and the present are also not of international standards.
Indian government make tall claims construction of multi lane high ways in their advertisement but still there is not a single highway like european.in develop country the contractors gives 10 years warranty on roads constructed but in india roads start washing away in first rainy season. The roads are not designed with proper methods and the material used in the construction is of substandard quality.
Fast moving vehicles design is also a reason behind increasing accidents, as international auto companies like bmw, mercedies and audi etc. Can cruise to more than 200 kmph in two second after start. But in india our highway road infrastructure is available for driving only at maximum speed not more than 100 kmph for cars and 60 km for heavier vehicles. There is no speed limit check/control all over india on the highways maximum road are not safe for driving beyond speeds 60kmph. Most of the road accidents occur due to over speeding and loss of control over vehicle running at high speeds. Security features like abs airbags is for high speed european road but in india what is the benefit of this system where speed limit not exceed more than 100 kmph. All the road accident is the main cause of over speeding, rash driving negligence and improper unplanned road infrastructure.
Now indian government is going to spend 6.9 lakhs crores rupees in road construction in future five years plan but government also have to control speed limit system and must apply rule of speed limit as per vehicles speed 20, 40, 60 and 100 kmph according to road condition and traffic congestion. Cctv and speed radar vehicle system must be available in all accident prone areas.
Indian government first of all control speed limit and also aware the public to help accident injured person immediate. Further, a person shall not be harassed by police or any other authority, if, he takes a accident victim to hospital an act of humanity. Lastly there must be pain and sympathy in the hearts of every citizen to help accident injured person to save his life it will a true affection for the country and humanity to help accident injured person to admit him immediate in the hospital.

Am serving in air force and escorting air force stores vehicle from delgi to guwahati. At all toll plaza i produce exemption certificate for our vehicle snd same is exempted. But at village tahsipur post sanaha faizabad i have to pay toll fee from my pocket as the people persent there talking rudely with us. When we give them exemption certificate they denied to accept the same. After that i make a video with toll plaza staff in which they are very rude. When i go their office am again on video recording and people come after 20 minute and stated that you come here to theft our money from office. All staff is ready to do man handing however we come back and pay toll fee. Sir my request to you yo take necessary action. I have video if i will not get justice i have to take help of social media.

Hi,
This is regarding present condition of nh 119 (As on 30-oct-2017).
Stretch of nh 119 from mirapur to bijnor is in very very bad condition and this is leading to various accidents and discomfort to commuters. This stretch of around 25 km is in such a bad shape that commuters are forced to drive in 1st gear only and has become nightmare for them.
This is the condition of our national highway. I want nh authorites to wake up and look into the matter on a very urgent basis.
Best thing would be that authorities must visit this national highway and they surely will come to know about the hell i am talking about.
Please do listen to my complaint as this would save many innocent lives on that highway.

As we are standing in toll upto 20min up as full traffic jam & dey still taking toll money from all & i have right to do complaint about dis & asked for complaint book, they refused to give me & i also did not pay the toll till i didin get complaint book
As the toll staff is out of language, no respect to people, bad language
As one of toll staff told to me that speak in marathi, why i should speak marathi as i m indian i will speak hindi as indian language

Hi, i am complaining about bollapalli toll plaza at narnevaripalem, andhrapradesh -523261. I have taken multiple ticket yesterday.. They are validating the ticket only for single return trip, so that they asked me to purchase another single ticket before 24 hrs. They are not accepting the ticket for multiple entries though i have purchased multiple ticket. Kindly check with this issue.

The worst ever pathetic condition of highway road from aurangabad to yeola. It took me 3 hrs to cover just 80 km till vaijapur. Omg. Where is india going? Are we really growing this way? Who will look into this? When will we tax payers get the basic infrastructure facilities like better roads? The same road condition seen for last 20 years. Its become really worst now. Feeling like back in 70s era. Really shameful.

We pay road tax at the time of purchase of new car.
If we travel from vadodara to mumbai we have to pay more than a rs. 1000.
We ready to pay the toll tax to maintain the road but it should be reasonable.
The highest one which we are paying is for vadodara - karjan i. E. Rs. 90. Karjan is hardly 30 km. From vadodara city.
Requested to reduce the all toll upto rs. 25 to 30 so private vehicle should pay the same happily.

Staff at toll collection - nevase phata on pune - ahmednagar-aurangabad is totally unprofessional.
They give bad words to commuters. No proper arrangement for vehicles passing.
I am victim o[censored]nprofessional behaviour of toll staff, they are not allowing smooth traffic at toll naka.
The place is on pune-ahmednagar-aurangabad hiway. The location of toll naka is couple of kilometres from nevase city.
Please take action against the staff for easy passing of vehicles through the toll naka.

Hi my complaint regarding sardewadi and patas toll naka pune district. So much of times for waiting periods in toll naka is more than 10 mins
. I asked for delays and rules for no payments charges if waiting period is 3 min's. Toll collection centers are saying this is government toll naka no such rules are applicable for both toll naka.
I think after receiving complaint you are also not goings to take action.

During my journey on 23 sept 2017 from pune to satara, i have taken return journey toll of rs. 130, due to some unavoidable reason & traffic jam i was reached late at toll at khedshivapur.
Even i have return journey toll, the toll booth person forced me to pay full toll again i. E rs. 85.

I tried to convince him about the same but he treated me rudely, i logged complaint over the toll booth office but no use.

Even taking return toll, they charged me again full toll, not even considered by return journey toll, this is loot of toll person,

I, am working a sr. Civil defence inspector, at south western railway zone. I am zonal incharge for civil defence. I was travelling from hubli to harihar on[protected]. I was in my uniform and also produced my official identity card. Even then, rs. 110/- was collected from me duly informing me to lodge a complaint saying that railway officials are not exempted from toll tax.in case you are exempted, than the nhai will refund your amount.

In this context i, request you to kindly look into this matter and arrange to refund my amount of rs.110/- as i am exempted from paying toll tax.

The mumbai bangalore national highway nh4 is in pathetic condition between pune-satara stretch of 110 kms.
There are lot of crossroads and flyovers in the highway which are incomplete since 2 years and the diversions are causing huge traffic jam during peak hours. At peak hours it takes 1 hour to cover distance of 2 kms near these diversions. At times it takes 4-5 hours to travel 110 km from satara to pune. Recently it happened on 22 oct 2017.
Also the toll plaza falling on highway are not functioning properly. They don't put vehicle number on toll receipt and started abusing when asked for it. There were no official present on toll plaza to listen for such complaints.
