Bad 😕 It seems that National Highways Authority of India [NHAI] has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.

I wish to lodge a complaint regarding the NHAI people working in India (New Delhi).
I want to say that people in New Delhi working with NHAI don't even know the spellings of India Gate.
You can check the location board on the left side of the bridge just before the Apollo hospital on the way towards Apollo hospital from Badarpur border.
