National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — ban toll plaza jammu

In ban toll plaza there is only one lane for fastag users and four lanes for cash transaction users and a heavy jam on this toll plaza. I request to you kindly take action in this matter. There is no facility for fastag users and it's a harassment for fastag users. Also fastag users is waiting in a long que to pass through the ban toll plaza. Kindly take a necessary action in this matter.

Respected Sir for upward and downword movement from jammu to tikri within six hours 140rs each are surcharged from my fastag. Reciept is attached with the complain. And message is also delivered to me very late
