National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Behaviour of the staff | |||
Myself kabit kumar poonia was travelling from sadulpur, Rajasthan to Gwalisar, Rajasthan on 11 August 2021 and have been stopped at the toll by saying that your balance is low but i was having the twice double side the toll tax price in my wallet. They said that you should have extra 1000 in my wallet. Again they said that your car is not connected to the fastag but i was having one registered to my vehicle DL12 CJ 0931 and their behaviour was really very rude to the customers. My request is to really guide the staff members how to behave with customer and improve the fastag scaning time process. Was this information helpful? | |||
