National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — charge back levied on my fast tag

I am having icici fastag. Tag account no. 21963805. I have made a round trip from ahmedabad to mumbai between 27.12.2019 and 29.12.2019. I was having sufficient balance and all the toll charges debited from my account. However, in jan 2020 they made a chargeback on my account for rs. 445, for which i have not received any communication either by a phone call, sms or email. I randomly checked my fastag account on 27.02.2020 and found about the chargeback. I tried to raise online complaint about the same and was informed that time period for raising the dispute has been lapsed. Still i raised a complaint under "wrong charge and tag blacklisting" head vide ticket number: cmp[protected] on 27.02.2020. Also, i straight away called icici customer care regarding the same. They informed that the head selected my me was wrong and they take my complaint and raised another ticket for my complaint. Ticket number cmp[protected] and asked me to wait 15 days for the resolution. I waited 3 months and have not received any solution or communcation for the tickets raised. So i again called customer case on 12.06.2020 and enquired about the resolution. To which the operator said that previous operator booked ticket under wrong head. So she again raised new ticket number cmp[protected] for my complaint and asked to wait for 15 days. Till date i have not received any resolution so i again check my tag status and found that they have adjusted my deposit money and deactivated my tag. So i again called icici customer care and the operator informed that 40 days have already past and they can not help in this matter.

The matter of fact is, inspite of having sufficient balance, they have leived charge back and also i have contacted them several time. Still have not received any proper response from them.
