National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — charge more than the rate | |||
I have already availed my fastag. But to my surprise it has been charged more than the appropriate rate. The rate is supposed to be rs 110 for both ways (Meghalaya toll gate) but the staff there charges for rs 150. Next trip it charges from my account rs 75 and since i have less balance. The staff there charges by cash rs 110. This is very disappointing. Trying to loot the money from the legal vehicles. Please check into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir yesterday morning i crossed the tollplaza in car Rs.55 deducted. Yesterday evening i returned again Rs.55 deducted in my account.
For 2 way Rs.85 only.
In the return time it has to deduct only Rs.30 but debited Rs.55. so kindly refund Rs.25 to my account.

Chhajarsi Toll Plaza
I was in a cash payment lane at Toll Chhajarsi, paid 125 cash and took the receipt for the same. Later I received a message that 125rs have been deducted from my FasTag as well. Kindly look into this and initiate a refund for the extra deducted amount.
