National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — charged twice for toll fees

I was passing from surajbari toll plaza they charged twice one on fast tag and cash both.
I think there is no balance in my paytm wallet so paid cash on toll plaza but when i came to home i noticed that they charged twice for single pass one on fast tag and another on cash.
They give cash receipts but vehicle number is gjnew2019 written despite there was number plate on my car.
On speaking with manager he said you can do what ever you like.
