National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Cheating icici fastag | |||
During Oct 2020 I got a message from ICICI, that your fastag was deactivated. I have contacted them. They said that the fastag chip was damaged and apply for a new one. Accordingly, 25th Oct 2020, replaced my fastag chip and they charged Rs 100. Ok On 24th Nov 2020, again I got the same message that your fastag was deactivated. When I contact them, they said somebody approached for new chip and we issued the same and the original one was deactivated. How they issued new one to someone without proper documents. Or in this regard I never get any messages, On 20th and 24 Nov 2020, they deducted Rs 200/- (each day) from my account and NO information in this regard received. This is the way of their service.
