The fastag lane was closed, forcing the customers to take the regular lane and inturn wasting time. When asked the toll operaters came up with lame excuses. This happened both the ways on 14th may 2017 around 4 am and 12 45 pm ... Customers pay for the facility and if the facility is not provided it is not great and we lose the trust factor. ... FAst Tag Lane sucks simply looting people no where it works

Yesterday I am coming from Ahmedabad to Gandhidham, while passing from Shamkhiyali toll Tax I found that the receipt I found in which car number not mention. Also the time was incorrect in addition to that The payment I have done by cash but on receipt I found it was given by card. Please check the attached receipt.
