National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Complain against DANKUNI TOLL PLAZA as they are forcefully collecting double toll in cash

Hi,
This is to complain against DANKUNI TOLL PLAZA. They are forcefully collecting double toll illegally in cash.
I had already attached ICICI Fastag sticker at my car WB02AF4770 with Rs.800 balance (registered mobile no : [protected]).
However, at DANKUNI TOLL PLAZA on 7th March 2021 at 09:15 PM forced me to pay double amount of toll via cash (Rs.170). Request you to look into the mater and take required step against DANKUNI TOLL PLAZA so thay the can not continue such illegal activity and return the collected extra amount.
