Incident happened on chollang toll Punjab, their system was not able to scan fastag. your workers don’t even know how to behave with travellers travelling with families. He said either remove it or pay cash. Please find attachment for more clarification that he is misbehaving rather than solving problem. Hope for positive and earlier reply.
