For your kind information my grievance is not for the transaction on dt.02.11.2020. My grievance is regarding transaction dt.01.11.2020 at 05:20 PM(Screenshot attached and transaction highlighted). The transaction(dt.02.11.2020) you are taking about is an another fresh transaction of same amount.
Therefore you are once again requested to go through the fact and reverse the transaction on dt. 01.11.2020 at 05:20PM of amtt. Rs. 277.47 only.
आपकी बेहतर जानकारी के लिए बता दूं कि मेरी शिकायत[protected] वाली ट्रांजैक्शन के बारे में नहीं है, बल्कि की मेरी शिकायत तो[protected] को 05:20 शाम वाली ट्रांजैक्शन के बारे में है जिसका स्क्रीनशॉट हाईलाइटेड कर के साथ लगाया गया है आप जिस ट्रांजैक्शन का हवाला दे रहे हैं वह तो एक बिल्कुल अलग और नई ट्रांजैक्शन है जो कि मेरे द्वारा[protected] को की गई है अतः आपसे पुनः निवेदन है कि मामले को अच्छी तरह से जांच करके[protected] शाम को 05:20 पर 277.47 की ट्रांजैक्शन है उसे रिवर्स करने का कष्ट करें।
