National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — complaint regarding overcharging of toll fee by fastag at kalajhar toll plaza on patiala-sangrur highway

This is a complaint against nhai. Implementation of fast-tag is very disappointing and demotivating. The fast-tag lane was closed so i paid the toll charges on the other window. I was charged in cash and fastag also. This is a problem of double-charging. I have been double-charged toll fee through fastag at kalajhar toll plaza on patiala-sangrur highway three times. Now toll plaza manager is not cooperating to resolve the issue. I was given an excuse that the contract company has been changed. Even if the company has been changed, i deserve my money back. I demand a refund in my fastag account at the earliest.
