National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Complaint regarding toll plaza borda

Respected sir, mam
myselft priyanshu jain from kota rajasthan authorised bureau chief with complete working area of rajasthan from AHINSA KRANTI PRESS regd by I&B ministry govt. of INDIA
incident is pf today when i reach to borda toll at sangod to bapawar road they deny to validate this card as they gave me the reason they only allow localite who are their known friends otherwise no card is valid and they start shouting and abising at me they use to sit with localite having drinks at day time .

i would like to request to take a strict and legal action toward them .
as this is illegal to have these type of word like abusing and having a drinks at state highway.
