National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — deducted twice from fastag in vikravandi toll plaza

Dear sir,
I travelled from chennai to madurai on 23rd dec.in the vikravandi toll plaza, i see in my fastag transaction details, toll has been deducted twice for my vehicle.

I havent crossed the toll and it was double booking by the toll plaza. I returned from madurai only on 26th dec. Hence kindly request you to refund the rupees 50/- to my fastag account.
