National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Double charged and mishbehaved by toll plaza officials

We were stuck at Raje toll plaza for 2hours as my fastag has sufficient balance and activated but they said fastag has insufficient balance despite 1000 balance.They charged me double I had no money to pay them they misbehaved and said leave the vechile and go.I contacted toll office they also started misbehaving.I called 1033 after trying 20 minutes they told your fastag is ok next time when u will stuck don't pay them call us.I stuck with my wife and 1year baby.I want my money returned which I have borrowed from someone else and this act should not be repeated with someone else.
