National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Double charging of Fastag at Kusgaon MH48 Toll Plaza

I was told that there is low balance in my fastag account (while it was more than Rs 1000) as the machine was showing it. So I paid toll charges by cash, instead of arguing there. Afterwards, I received SMS mentioned that the Fastag was charged for the toll. This is clear case of cheating and misuse of the machinery to make people pay by cash instead of Fastag.
