National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — double deduction of fastag 6 jan

I have been deducted twice for fast tag of rs.85 at the toll plaza from my fast tag id. We are going to digitise over india but this small problems are big riddles in this path. Technical team, toll plaza owners and other officials shall ensure the right deduction to keep the faith of public in the system.
