National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Doubling Toll charges for Fastag customers

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am submitting complaint on Kadathanamale Toll plaza, located in rural Bangalore on Doddaballapura road, have increased toll fees by double for fastag customers also. Could you please advise if there are any guidlines to be followed by these toll plazas to increase toll fees.
