National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — eastern peripheral expressway - need of fastag lane

There is dire need of separate fastag lane at the ghaziabad exit of the eastern peripheral expressway.

The staff there is so unskilled and untrained that they take so much time in manual processing that the entire pupose o[censored]sing the expressway - i. E. Saving time is lost.

Even with such less traffic on expressway there is always a queue of 10-15 vehicles waiting at the toll booth of the exit and even with the vehicles having fastag need to wait for 10 - 15 mins.

So, please arrange for a separate lane for fastag users and make sure there is some penalty on the vehicles entering that lane without fastag installed.

why there are not separate fastag lane eastern peripheral expressway.

The staff there is so unskilled and behaving like an ###, no moral to talk with people.

i am going with my family and it took 1hr 30min to cross the toll and i ask why are you charging amount and there are huge line so please free the toll to avoid time delay.

i have video recording with we me the same. after 1hr 30 min i pay toll and move ahead.

i need to complaint regarding the same for higher authorities. but unable to get any fruitful response from CUSTOMER care also.

pathetic service has need provided by the staff and CUSTOMER care.
