Hi, I wanted to highlighted issue with you, that today I have crossed Srinagar toll Plaza (KM 74.500 on NH2) at 10.41 AM from my CAR HR 26DP 6718. due to some technical issue my ICICI Fast tag balance got low and shown blacklisted, for which I was not aware, I have told that gentlemen that I am driving right now and will recharge my fast tag balance once I will reach my destination, however he did not accept my request and charged Rs. 210 for me - then I requested for the receipt (Ticket Number 2R2L1139 - Operation SAT2166) and got to know that, I have been charged for OVERLOAD vehicle.
