Sir/Madam, Extra charges debited from my Fastag account for Car at Thirmandurai toll.plaza on 13th Jan 2021. I did not notice this charges, yesterday only I noticed, below are details, kindly take necessary action on this and revert the amount back to my fastag account. Toll workers should be very careful when they are work.
