National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Extra Toll Collection and mislead information of non-working of fastag device | |
This is with reference to the toll collection from the Manesar Toll Plaza on 17th Dec 2020. As I entered the toll plaza, the staff there said that the FASTAG system is not working hence you need to pay in cash and that too double amount. I thought may be the toll charges have been revised, hence I paid Rs. 130 and went ahead. Later after few minutes I received an SMS that your Fastag account has been debited of Rs.65 for Manesar Toll Plaza. I was totally surprised by this that how one can be charged two times for a single toll booth. Was this information helpful? | |
