National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Fastag charged repeatedly at L&T Trichy Cochin toll

On Feb 28 while travelling towards cochin, @ the L&T Trichy Cochin toll I was charged full amount of 45 and I received this message "Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 45 for transaction by Vehicle KL46E4959 at Toll Trichy Cochin on[protected]T21:58:01"

However later when I passed through other 2 tolls of the same toll road I should not have been charged since the full amount was already collected earlier. Still I received the following 2 message, the sum of which is 45.

Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 17 for transaction by Vehicle KL46E4959 at Toll Trichy Salem on[protected]T21:51:56
Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 28 for transaction by Vehicle KL46E4959 at Toll Pollachi Salem Toll Plaza on[protected]T22:13:03

I strongly believe I have been charged twice and request a refund of Rs 45 to my fastag account. Request you to please do the needful
