National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Fastag got deducted through MH12 vehicle exempted at Khed-Shivapur Toll Plaza

My fastag amount shows negative now, and last 5-6 months it's never get deducted at khed-shivapur Toll Plaza because of exeexempted of MH12, MH14 vehicles.

Now suddenly why the amount got deducted while passing the toll plaza where as while returning back there is no deduction.

This is completely loot under name of fastag .
