National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — fastag lane used by everyone

Me and my family were travelling to jalandher and at ladowal toll plaza we went in the fastag lane as we use fasttag for faster experience but what we see was astonishing because all the vehicles without without fastag were also in the same lane.
